"Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery."

"The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I could hear other rooms' door knocks in the middle of the night. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of urine. I was too tired to change rooms on the first night, and even after asking for a thorough cleaning on the second day, the urine smell persisted. I searched for ages and realized someone, or an animal, must have urinated on the carpet. It's garbage! Avoid at all costs!"
