Stayed in one of the boutique rooms during spring festival. The room was super clean with a great view of the bridge. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the platform complex, the activity room is on the 4th floor and shops and restaurants are on the 3rd floor. The rooms are non-smoking but there is a smoking area on the 3rd floor. The staff are all super friendly and always try to be helpful. The only issue is it's very cold around the whole complex. The restaurant at the top of the tower served hot food in cold plates, I'm sure this was just an oversight by the kitchen team. There is a choice of western and Chinese food. Breakfast team were very efficient and there was a good selection available. All in all a good experience for one night. Make sure you pack warm clothes.

想了很久終於成行，服務熱情有笑容，每間房都各有特色，給我們一行人不同的驚喜，園區塔上360全景西餐廳可以喝喝咖啡享受寧靜的下午，晚餐中餐廳很推薦，菜色豐富，味道很好，量也很足，價格實惠；娛樂設施齊全，直接再酒店園區即可，假日估計人多一點，但值得來看看、住住、玩玩。

超讚的一家酒店！日式榻榻米非常舒適，穿外海景愜意，夜景也很美。可以免費參觀海天一洲景點，額外還贈送了寧波特色糕點和小零食飲料等。帶了小朋友還送了手工玩具。服務非常貼心周到。非常愉快的一次入住體驗。下次還會再來。

房間温馨舒適，氛圍設計感很好，讓客人在輕鬆氛圍中享受到家的温暖，送房有貼心小點心，早餐種類豐富 ，中餐價格比較實惠198 套餐3個吃的挺好，菜品精緻味美，客服小天服務很好，隨時響應我們的需求，總之是比較愉快一趟的旅程，遠離城市喧囂，身心都放鬆。

這次的點評不再贅述設施、環境、服務等等常規內容，用孩子的話説：又一次來到海天一洲，工作人員還是一如既往的熱情，景區和酒店還是如此令人期待，儘管是陰雨天心情卻如陽光般燦爛，期待下一次的相遇！

設施：裏面居然有miniso！本來害怕裏面飯店太貴自己備了零食，到了之後發現其實還好，人均50-100左右，出品挺好。四樓有桌球，乒乓球玩。住房還能免費上塔看風景！
衞生：房間很乾凈，沒有異味，地板也乾淨。
環境：整體感覺十分良好，
服務：一流！大家的態度都好好，離店還送了小禮物
另外建議來之前看好天氣，我來的第一天下雨，啥都沒看到，難受…

春季出遊，踏青掃墓，入住位於杭州灣跨海大橋旁的海天一洲海景酒店。房間符合預期，設施齊全，環境優雅。酒店提供的優質服務令我們難忘。值得一提的是小孫子將手錶及冰箱貼落在洗手間，幾分鐘後，清潔阿姨撿到後立即上交服務枱，特別感謝拾金不昧的阿姨！

房間超寬敞明亮很舒適，前台小姐姐聲音很甜服務態度也很好，最滿意是早餐，品種豐富，都是我們愛吃的味道擺盤都很贊👍🏻，第一次見酒店自助早餐煮麪條這麼精緻，看上去就好吃。
