The hotel itself is very good, the facilities are good, the view of the room is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room soundproofing is a bit poor, but the overall stay experience is still very good. The disadvantage is that the location is not very good. Although it is not far from the station and it takes about 20 minutes to walk, this road has to walk through a relatively dilapidated street, and all the attractions are on the other side of the station.

Excellent hotel with super central location and nice rooms. Also the breakfast is very rich and tasty, better than some 5 star hotels in turin. The breakfast also features local specialities which you won't get at other hotels in turin. In addition the staff is extremely friendly, especially the woman at the reception. I would definitely come again.

Siamo stati a Torino con un gruppo di amici per un concerto, l’hotel è vicino alla metro ma noi abbiamo comunque raggiunto lo Stadio Gran Torino a piedi. La nostra camera era pulita e moderna. Buona la colazione. Abbiamo parcheggiato proprio davanti all’hotel e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina anche il giorno partenza. Il personale è gentilissimo sia alla reception che alle colazioni! Consigliamo assolutamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti 22-23/04/2023 di seguito lascio mio feedback per i prossimi potenziali clienti: Camera (al 5° ed ultimo piano): Premetto di aver pagato €345 a notte (SOLO PERNOTTO) per una quadrupla anche se all'atto del check-in uno dei due colleghi (no il Sig. Rodolfo, l'altro) ci ha detto di averci riservao una junior suite (allo stesso prezzo), nient'altro che una mansarda (allego foto con nome ”Camera” e ”Camera1”) le junior suite e le quadruple sono strutturate diversamente (salotto e più ambienti..). La mattina presto siamo stati svegliati sempre da un forte odore di cucinato per quello che preparavano per la colazione. No canali ”pay per view”... Camere, pulizia: lascio che parlino le foto (allego foto con nome ”Camera2”, ”Camera3” e ”Camera4”).... Bagno: nulla di particolare se non lo strettissimo indispensabile (allego foto con nome ”Bagno”). Colazione (si paga a parte €7 a persona): nella norma, niente di particolare. Un grazie al simpatico Nicolas e alle cameriera educate e premurose. Per finire, essendo non rimborsabile la tariffa, rispetto al 22/23 Aprile date del soggiorno, mi hanno addebitato la somma totale nettamente prima: 12 Aprie, MAI VISTO!! In definitiva per quello che ho pagato: NON TORNERO' PIU'...

The great plus of this hotel is the location and the host is very friendly. Unfortunately, the previous reservation of the parking was not successful with us. A parking house is a few steps away from the hotel, but the costs are much more expensive than in the hotel, we paid EUR 87 for 2 days and 2 nights, that is more than in Zurich ;-) Breakfast is praised in various reviews. For us as ”Guests from the North” there was too much sweet bakery and no attractive offer of bread. The fresh fruit and the fruit salad were great, I regret that there was only nature. Also, a small cheese selection would have been beautiful, There were only 4-5 cuts of one variety each. With regard to the equipment of the hotel, we agree with the previous reviews.

The hotel is only three stops away from the railway station Porta Nuova. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. This is very convenient. The hotel is located on the main road. It is easy to find a walk from the station when we come. The nearby walk is 10 minutes. There is a Pam supermarket on the left and right. The room comes with free water, but there are no slippers for two days. The room is not big, but it is enough. A three-star hotel is worth the price. Two or three front desks are more serious and not very friendly

I have never found such a large bed and located in a good position, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Turin, with which it is also very well connected by public transport. Very kind staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room, which is truly excellent and plentiful for both sweet and savory dishes, despite the bad habit of several guests of filling bags and backpacks with sandwiches, cold cuts, cheeses and fruit to take away. The rooms are large, although the bathrooms are a little less than adequate.

The front desk staff was fabulous and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure restaurants could accomodate one of our party who needed a special diet.

While I love the minimalist aesthetic, it doesn't work if you have suitcases, clothes, towels, etc. The only place to set our suitcases was on a single wobbly luggage rack. Why not have a long, sleek bench to hold at least 2 suitcases? What could we do with our wet towels? Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have been so nice. The most inconvenient part was the bathroom, which comprised two components. The toilet was in a small room near the door. The sink and tub were in a completely separate area across the bedroom. So to wash hands after using the toilet, it took an excursion to reach the sink. Designers, please consider that people will want to actually use the room, not just admire it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiter part of the San Salvario district, south of the city center. It is just south of Valentino park, a beautiful city park. Public transportation is easily available with busses just outside the hotel, and trams and the subway a short walk away. The hotel will also rent you a bicycle, if available, for 9 euro a day. It is about one mile south of Porta Nuova Station and about 1.5 - 2 miles from the Egyption museum and Royal Palace. The hotel offers parking and has EV charging stations. The rooms are huge! I had a suite with a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware. It also had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room has two non-sleeper couches, a dining table, and a TV. The bedroom has a large doubke bed, but no TV. WiFi is free and strong. The hotel has a spa, which I did not get to use, with services discounted for hotel guests and free access. There is also a restaurant, which I also did not use. It would definitely be a comfortable place to stay for a longer stay, like a business trip. I am not sure what arrangements they can make for families. As large as my suite was, it could really only occupy one person or a couple comfortably.

WWEIThe hotel's service is very good, the room is very clean, the window is the square in front of the train station. Shopping around the hotel is very convenient, just in the downtown area. There are also many shops nearby, there is a small Carrefour express next to it, the hotel is about 1 minute walk from Xinmenhuo Railway Station. The breakfast variety is very rich and the quality of the food is very good. It is a hotel worth booking.

Very good location - just next to the train station and bus stop to the airport. Easy check-in, nice reception staff. Large bathroom with a shower. Room size was enough for me. I needed a no-frills room for just one night - it suited me and the price was OK. The cons: - the facilities in the room are bit oldish, - the bedcover could be cleaner. I got the room with a window to via XX Settembre and it was very noisy.

GGuest UserWe stayed here as a couple for two nights stay. We were shocked by how nice our room was at first glance, seemed very modern and had a cool balcony. However we soon noticed that there were loads and loads of ants on the floor, wardrobe, bathroom. We obviously told the staff who, when we went out, said they sprayed everywhere/surface in the room with I presume bug spray. This was fine I suppose apart from the fact that all of this spray will have gone all over all our belongings and our bed, which isn’t great. Some ants remained but they said there was nothing more they could do. The main thing you want in a hotel is for it to be clean (bug-less) so this was a real downer as we darent put anything on the floor or in the wardrobe incase ants got in it! We then got a visit saying we were being too loud when ironically I was writing a review on the last place we stayed whilst my partner showered, so we certainly weren’t being loud, not even speaking. Aircon was very loud, couldn’t keep it on all night as it sounded like a car, but at least it worked. Breakfast was fine, hot food looked horrible but they had yoghurts and juice which sufficed. Very good location!

We received a one-night hotel stay for 2, but wanted to stay as a family instead. the hotel was wonderful about upgrading our room for a nominal fee. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had comfortable beds, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. They even have a drawing table for kids in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Turin.

GGuest UserAfter my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near

HHONGLUThe hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros.
The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice.
The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together.

L'impatto appena arrivato non è stato molto positivo per alcune ragioni che provo a sintetizzare: - Reception: Appena arrivato, alla reception c'era un signore che mi ha solamente chiesto un documento e mi ha dato la chiave dicendo di scendere più tardi per riavere il documento. Non mi ha spiegato nulla sulla colazione e non ha aggiunto altro. La verità è che c'era il cambio turno, perché appena sceso c'era un'altra signora molto gentile che mi ha spiegato tutto sulla colazione e mi ha dato informazionituristiche. Non è stato un problema, ma non è molto professionale. - La stanza: La stanza era piccola, ma essendo da solo andava bene. Purtroppo però, era datata. C'erano lampade in tessuto ingiallite, muri riverniciati ma con un palese bisogno di ristrutturazione. La serratura della porta non funzionava bene. La manopola del lavandino si staccava se la si girava un po' di più. Il sapone in stanza era una micro boccetta più una bustina: mi è dovuto bastare per 2 notti ma per stare sicuri, consiglio di portarne un po'. Dotata di frigobar, anche questo vecchissimo è mezzo scassato, e di un climatizzatore che però non rinfrescava. - Colazione: La colazione viene servita nel seminterrato ed è continentale, devo dire abbastanza varia ma non sempre con prodotti freschi (come le albicocche sciroppate). Tutto sommato, la colazione è stato un fattore positivo. - Posizione: La posizione dell'hotel è a due passi a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova, molto comoda anche per andare in centro a piedi. - Prezzo: come detto, 183 euro per due notti con colazione inclusa. Secondo me, considerando che la struttura è vecchia, il prezzo è un po' alto. Insomma, se cercate un punto di appoggio per un paio di notti va bene. Come viaggiatore solitario non avevo molte pretese. Certo però, il prezzo non corrisponde esattamente alla qualità della stanza e della struttura in generale. Per soggiorni più lunghi, onestamente, lo sconsiglio.
