Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel

Vlak naast het treinstation is reizen erg handig. De kamer is klein, het bed is klein en de doucheruimte is klein. Voor slechts één nacht is het prima.

De geboekte deluxe kamer is een hotelloft. Er is geen douchekop boven het bad, maar er is wel een balk, waardoor u deze per ongeluk kunt aanraken. Een beetje een vreemd ontwerp. Het toilet 🚽 past niet bij de toiletbril en verschuift als je erop gaat zitten. Het is aan te raden deze te vervangen.

De kamer is ruim, het bed is schoon en de badkamer is in goede staat. Ook de service is goed en zeer snel. Hoewel er niet veel soorten ontbijt zijn, is de smaak goed.

Ik heb een geweldige tijd gehad, zowel vanwege de uitzonderlijke hoffelijkheid van het personeel als vanwege de netheid. Bedankt

Across the street from porta nuova stazione Perfect for who is travelling by train and staying only one / 2 nights Also 5- 15 mins walk from most of the major attractions Service was good , room was big with a jacuzzi , clean . Zero complaints .

Personale molto molto accogliente, situato in centro e a due passi dalla stazione, stanza perfetta per noi 3, pulita e comoda.

The staff were fantastic and extremely hospitable, both at reception and at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located outside Turin Porta Nuova station. Lots of retaurants and shops within walking distance. There are some loud groups and homeless people that hang around 'the columns' to the right side of the hotel entrance. Otherwise it is a pretty safe part of town. The rooms are clean and spacious including bathroom. Hig bathroom but strangely small shower stall. There is also a balcony. The towel heating racks are fantastic. I liked the breakfast buffet too, it was just right and really good price. They let our child eat for free. My first time with a Best Western chain and I am very impressed. I will definitely stay with them again.

My experience at this property was unfortunately disappointing for two major reasons. The first was the distasteful attitude with which I was treated by the swing shift front desk agent. We had an issue in which I had already reserved a room for 4 guests, 1 king bed and 1 queen in the family suite. For some reason my 2 sons were not in the system and while I expressed my concerns to the agent the tone she used was threatening saying I had to pay 60 euros a night per person for these extra two people. While I was clearly dissapointed, I had no problem paying, it was just the way she treated me that relayed a distasteful service. Not only that but the of the 2 beds I had reserved the queen was not an actual bed but a pull out couch. This was not what ******* promoted only further adding to my disappointment. Lastly the heating in the room was extremely high and despite many requests to lower it for the 3 nights I stayed there, they came to no avail and thus left my family unable to sleep well. The hotels saving grace comes in the amazing service provided to us by Mari the wait staff at the breakfast station. She was always bright and cheery and made sure our days started out in the best way possible. I must also mention that the breakfast was actually extremely well set up and very enjoyable. As a family of hoteliers from Las Vegas we take service extremely seriously and hope that they take these comments into consideration to better the property as a whole.

Our room was extremely cold (stayed in December) which is why I've rated the comfort low but other than that the hotel was fine.
