Ctrip.com commented that the hotel was ”poor” and booked the hotel with anxiety. - Because the hotel is in the city center - the subway is convenient for transportation - it is very convenient to go to the ”H” Italian restaurant - there is an airport to the hotel bus, so I know the bad reviews too. Booked. However, the beautiful airport hotel bus is sent to the hotel door for 18 yuan one-way - the front desk reception is a handsome Chinese guy, speaks Mandarin. The hotel is warm and welcoming. The swimming pool gym is on the top floor of the 27th floor - the scenery is very good and the room is upgraded to the 20th floor. After that, I also booked a Greyhound bus ticket to Calgary for me. It is worth a big compliment. This hotel is a five-star hotel on Ctrip.com, but it is a four-star hotel on Google Maps. But the hotel room facilities are good, the shower faucet is very good, completely subverting the original cognition. And in the past two days, I saw a Chinese tour group, and there was Chinatown nearby - although it was not big and felt that the law and order was not good, ”Happy everyone” produced good, especially after the meal, the sugar was great! We arrived late into the night. The front desk processed our reservations promptly. The pool was appropriate in size and well used. Breakfast was pretty standard.....sausages, bacon and eggs. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable. I would come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at BW very much, excellent service, super friendly staff always with smile, cozy and spacious room, the only down side is the exhaust machine sound, but you will find a note inside drawer with earplugs, I did not use them since I get used to it like a white sound. I will definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Edmonton.

We liked the location and the underground parking.
The room and bathroom were clean. We liked it the bed is big and room size. My son love watching out with the big window with the little couch.
However I think the breakfast end too early. It closed before 10am. we are on vacation and sometimes don’t want to rush.
I think it will be better to extend til 11am.

RRoxanne GiannieWhen I got into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and nice. I love the elegant old style look. The security will greet you as soon as you come in and the receptionists were helpful. When we went to our room, t'was a little small for a two full bed suite. There were only 2 pillows each bed and there's no microwave oven nor refrigerator. There's only 1 bath towel as well so me and my spouse had to wait for it to dry up a lil bit before we can use it again. They have a ”public parking” at the hotel but you have to pay $25/night and it's my first time to encounter paying for hotel parking where you're booked. It was not a bad stay and overall, i'll give it a 3.5/5.😊

FFlorence LyeI liked the room that it had a tub in the bathroom and microwave and fridge as well. Very convenient for me.
Breakfast was self serve with choices of cold and hot drinks, lots of fruits, yogurt in the fridge, cereals and choices of bread with a toaster at the end of the counter. The dining room area is large and sunny. Relaxing atmosphere.
The checkin counter person was very helpful and at check out took the time to help me find my Wyndham membership account so I could earn my credit for staying there. Very pleasant experience over all.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

嘟嘟小肥The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a big supermarket superstore, McDonald's with a playground next to it, Chongqing hot pot in two or three minutes' drive, and Prince Edward Cantonese restaurant on the other side of the road. Drive to the south park center for shopping, Tatung Wah is there, as well as Cantonese flavor, 825 Hong Kong tea restaurant and so on. Easy parking, breakfast, swimming pool.
However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the front desk is relatively simple, and the quality of breakfast is average: oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, bread, cakes, yogurt, circles, hot drinks, juice But at the end, there was not even hot water. There is no thermos in the room and the restaurant does not provide 24-hour hot drinks. Since you are carrying a child and need hot water, you can only use a coffee machine to boil hot water, or use a microwave to heat the water. No coin laundry. The swimming pool is small. There was a strange noise in the elevator, which vibrated several times each time. There is a car market nearby, and infrastructure is still under construction, but no noise is heard. Affordable but not very comfortable.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
