Staff were phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Rooms were great and clean. Upon check in, the concierge found out it was a birthday celebration and went out of his way to create a wonderful birthday treat package for us and delivered it to our room. We were so impressed. We will be back!

Busy lil place, conference rooms were full the ****** has a few food options the kitchen restaurant has great daily menu I enjoyed the steak (filet mignon) and prawns $20 the goyza spot was also good.
Not much around for shopping but outlet malls and west Edmontonnis about 5 mile drive

My room was cold. Not insufferably cold but I feel it was about 17 decrees C. There was a heater in the room but all it did was blow the cold air around. Luckily the duvet was warm enough that I was able to sleep but that heater definitely needs repair.

Everything is excellent at this hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient. Property is meticulously kept. Lobby is very welcoming. Rooms are very clean and beds are super comfortable. Lots of options to eat. ****** has lots of games to play. First choice to stay when in Edmonton.

We were on the 2nd floor..our view was a concrete wall. Good thing we were only there for the night. Not unless you have small children i recommend you not to stay on this floor as this is where the pool is located. Very loud.

The hallways were very noisy with other guests. The rooms were not soundproof so you you could other guests arguing and playing their music at all hours.

We had our first stay at The River Cree this year, and we loved it!
Location was easy to get to, lots of shops around, and the resort & ****** was like its own mini Vegas!
24hr room service, had fast food option in the ******, clean & airy, nice deep hot tub & huge pool, and we also like the convention center (we went Halloween weekend for concerts!). The staff are great as well!
We highly recommended and will definitely be back for more live shows!
