"I stayed at Kasara Resort and overall had a good experience. The natural surroundings and ambience are excellent perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were polite and helpful, and the property is good wheelchair accessible. However, there are areas to improve. Food quality could be better. Also, when I asked about safari and canoeing, I was told it would be difficult due to accessibility, while in a previous visit another resort had made the effort and managed it. That extra willingness really matters in hospitality. There are also no ramps in the restaurant area, which should be addressed soon. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better. Overall, a great place for nature and relaxation."
