"Wowwwww wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven tussen de olifanten en neushoorns. Super vriendelijke mensen, lekker eten, fijne kamer, prachtig uitzicht. Paradijselijk! Alleen Chitwan National Park viel een beetje tegen. Behalve een tijger pootafdruk en wat pauwen hebben we weinig gezien tijdens de safaritocht over land. Wel een aanrader is de boottocht in uitgeholde boomstammen waar je krokodillen van heel dichtbij ziet."

"Onze verblijf in het Green Mansions Resort was echt prachtig en eerlijk voelde een droom. Het hele huis was zo schoon en vers, dat maakte ons gelukkig het moment dat we gingen binnen. Het eten was absoluut heerlijk, en het personeel was zo vriendelijk en handig dat ze zich als oude vrienden voelden. We hielden van de djungle safari, vooral omdat de gidsen zo goed wisten en precies wisten waar we zouden gaan. Een van mijn favoriete delen was het zwembad. Het water was zo koel en helder, perfect voor een snel dyk net als de zon kwam op of een ontspannen zwembad net voor het bed. Het was een geweldige ervaring die elke pen waard was, en ik adviseer het echt aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een gelukkige, gezonde en warme plek om te blijven. Een grote dank aan het managementteam voor het feit dat de gastvrijheid van uw eigendom echt aan het menselijk hart raakt; de manier waarop u om de gasten geeft ons het gevoel dat we dit resort minstens eenmaal per maand moeten bezoeken!"

"Na de Mustang trekking hebben we om even bij te komen van alle indrukken nog een paar dagen rust in Chitwan. Een luxe resort met vriendelijk personeel waar vandaan we onder begeleiding van Bhuwan (zeer ervaren en erg prettige gids!! ) de omgeving hebben verkend, een jeepsafari, kanotocht en wandel safari hebben gedaan. Heerlijk om zo een intensieve reis af te ronden!"

"I haven’t stayed at this hotel, so I’m only rating my experience based on my interaction with Mr. shriarjan Bikram Shah during a reservation inquiry today. I was planning to book three rooms for a two nights family stay to celebrate my birthday. I had received a bed and breakfast package from the sales associate who was really polite but i wanted to explore whether an all-inclusive experience could be arranged, including meals and as many activities as possible to make the celebration special. I technically wanted to book everything the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately, throughout the conversation, Mr. Shah repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my sentences. Even after I requested to complete my query, he continued speaking over me. The interaction felt more like an argument than a reservation inquiry, as he seemed more interested in proving his point than understanding what I was asking. I only requested to speak with the manager (him) because I thought he might have greater flexibility in customizing the package or discussing rates. Instead, I was told that if I wasn’t happy speaking with his subordinate, I should “go talk to the owners” because they couldn’t help me in his literal words. The tone came across as dismissive and confrontational, which was genuinely surprising. What shocked me most was the complete lack of hospitality. During the conversation, he also mentioned that the hotel maintains around 45- 50% occupancy, implying that losing a customer was not a concern. Whether that was his intention or not, it left a very poor impression. The call eventually ended with him hanging up. I was honestly left speechless. In all my years of dealing with hotels, I have never experienced being spoken to in this manner simply for making a booking inquiry. A reservation call should leave a guest feeling welcomed, not scolded. We have previously stayed at Barahi and Meghauli serai and wanted to try this property for a change and i really wanted to stay here. Unfortunately, after this experience, we’ve decided to return to one of those instead First impressions matter. For many guests, the reservation inquiry is their very first interaction with a hotel. I sincerely hope the management reviews how reservation inquiries are handled, because courteous communication is just as important as the property itself."
