"I had booked elite room for 3 persons, arrived at 10. 30pm from a marriage reception and was given room no 202. The room was good and had a balcony, when i tried the balcony door, it was glass sliding door and both doors did not have locks. The doors were just opening by sliding both from inside and outside. When asked reception, they said it is no problem. How can i sleep in room with open balcony door from where anyone could walk in? i asked for another room and they said they don't have any. He just asked us to stay in the same room. I found another hotel and shifted. I had made full payment and did get a refund. Would never book through makemytrip again. Anyone booking this hotel don't take room no 202."
