"Mijn familie en ik hadden een prachtig verblijf in dit hotel. De kamers waren ruime, schoon, het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en handig gedurende mijn bezoek. De locatie was handig, zodat het gemakkelijk om de omgeving te ontdekken. Niet te ver van het centrum, maar tegelijkertijd in een vrij gebied voor een ontspannen diepe slaap. Ik was vooral bemoeid met de aandacht voor de details en de uitstekende klantenservice. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen om een ontspannen en leuk verblijf te zoeken en wachten op terugkeer in de toekomst."

"I had an absolutely miserable stay here due to multiple major failures that made the room unusable and unsafe. The air conditioning didn't work all night, leaving the room sweltering hot, and there was a heater blasting non-stop with no switch—its cable buried under the floor so I couldn't unplug it. Hot water? Barely enough to fill the tub 15 cm before it went ice cold. The "soundproof" room woke me at 8 AM from people chatting outside the door. My "city view" window faced a ground-level staircase and wall—terrifying to open at night over robbery fears. Late checkout request denied unless I paid extra, despite these disasters. Completely misrepresented listing. Do not book. Total waste of money."

"I am in two minds about Zentrum. The location is great and the rooms (and bed)s are good. Because the rooms have partly wooden floors, you will hear other guests walking around and even talking. This will not be an issue for everyone, but is an issue for me. Breakfast is also a weak point. It is rather boring and they make you pay extra for coffee from the espresso machine! If your are going to be there for a week, the hotel is ok. If your stay is longer, I would recommend elsewhere. Finally this hotel misses a good manager, who would give a heart and a face to the hotel. The staff is young and does not pick up on the signals of the guests."

"Een zeer aangenaam ervaring op dit hotel! Het serviceniveau was zeer hoog; vanaf het begin werd ik gegroet met een welkome drank op de bar in het hotelrestaurant. Manager Ion was uiterst opmerkzaam, en Mihai, de bartender in het restaurant, creëerde een uitstekende sfeer. Hartelijk dank!"

"⭐ Review Mijn vrienden hadden een prachtig verblijf in deze appartement en zou het zeer aanraden aan iedereen die de stad bezoekt. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van de stad, op slechts een korte loopafstand van Stephen de Grote Boulevard, waardoor het perfect is om alles op voet te exploreren. Ondanks zijn centrale locatie, is het appartement gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving, waardoor een rustige en ontspannen verblijf iets dat niet altijd gemakkelijk te vinden in het hart van de stad. Het appartement is ruime, heldere en mooi ingericht, biedt veel natuurlijk licht en een zeer comfortabele sfeer. Het voelt echt als een huis weg van huis. Een ander groot voordeel is het dichtbij gelegen restaurant, dat echte Moldavische keuken tegen zeer redelijke prijzen serveert. Het eten is absoluut heerlijk en toevoegt aan de algemene ervaring. In het algemeen is dit een uitstekende plek om te verblijven met comfort, locatie en rust. Ik zou deze appartement sterk aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een memorabel verblijf in Chișinău aanbevelen."

"“An absolute disaster. No wonder someone wrote ‘thieves’ at the entrance. Access to the so-called pool is outrageously expensive: 1,600 Moldovan lei (400 Romanian lei, almost 100 euro) for 2 hours, even though the website does not mention that access to the pool is charged. The pool water is ice-cold, the room has no heating, the breakfast is poor, there is no toilet paper in the room, and the administrator had an horrible attitude when I went to complain about the conditions. The photo with the inscription at the entrance speaks for itself. Whoever changed the word ‘hotel’ to ‘thieves’ knew exactly why they did it. Shame on you, Villa Rossa!"
