"My friend and I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with 2 separate bathrooms (one for each room). The room itself was clean and comfortable, but it didn't have any special decorations or luxurious touches to it. Reception staff were nice and helpful. There was a small pool which you could hire for a specific amount of time which we used once during our stay. For breakfast, you were required to cross the road and use the cafe across the road. For breakfast you were allowed a hot drink (coffee or tea) and one cooked item off the breakfast menu. The food was really good. However, my friend wanted a juice instead of a hot drink and this was an additional cost. The breakfast suited me, but it wouldn't suit people who wanted a massive buffet breakfast or who were in a rush as it was a sit-down service breakfast. The hotel isn't in the most central part of Chisinau, but it was only a short to moderate walk to get to the tourist attractions. Overall, a good hotel, I would give 4 stars."

"Berd’s is een briljante plek om te blijven in Chișinău. De kamers zijn goed ingericht en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt, en de bar, restaurant (je moet hier eet tenminste eenmaal tijdens je verblijf het eten is goddelijk) en het spa alles toevoegen aan wat al een zeer goed hotel is. Waar het echter echt uitvalt, is het personeel. In honderden hotels heb ik nooit een dienst ontmoet heel zoals het bijzondere credit aan Nelu en Anton, die buitengewoon waren overal. We waren op bezoek voor mijn vaders verjaardag en ze gingen goed uit om de reis goed te maken. Wanneer we vragen hadden of iets nodig hadden, waren ze beschikbaar op WhatsApp en antwoordde onmiddellijk, altijd met handige aanbevelingen of in staat om dingen voor ons te boeken wanneer nodig. Dat niveau van dienst is de reden dat we absoluut terug zullen zijn bij ons bezoek aan deze prachtige stad. Bedankt voor het maken van het een echt speciaal bezoek."

We had a large and comfortable room with a huge terrace with a view on the pool as well as the impressive and iconic Romanita soviet building! Great amenities like huge fridge, cool bath tub and powerful air con! We will be back! La rivedere!"

"I expected much more from this hotel. The service was careless and unprofessional — staff showed no attention to guests’ needs and offered no apology when problems occurred. The room was not properly cleaned, and several amenities were missing or broken. Communication with reception was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the experience felt far below the standard this hotel advertises. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here."
