This is a very nice hotel with a good view in Chicago.
The room and bathroom are very clean.

When I got to the hotel the only luggage assistance was from the taxi driver. After you check in at ground floor you go up to 15 to change elevators but as there was no help with bags they need better signs. The room was fine and clean until it began to rain and the leak by the window made for a few interesting moments. Breakfast bar was okay but a little limited for the price. At check out I had to ask twice (two different people for the taxi). I should have picked the Holiday Inn.

酒店位置非常好，步行到河邊也十分方便，酒店外景色非常好，可以俯瞰芝加哥河兩岸景色！酒店設施齊全，早餐豐富！

酒店外在裝修，需通過電梯到達15樓再轉電梯，早餐可以需小費，房間標準，門口的飲水機有特色，可做氣泡水，停車在對面56/天

Loved the eco friendly aspect. Loved the buffet if it had been stocked and the food was hot, for $25 I dont think its asking too much.And poor service with bringing the drinks and the condiments were notvredily available. The housekeeping guy who came up to look at the tv was nice. But my encounter with check in and the dinning service area were poor. Also, the internet in the hotel and surrounding area are terrible.

The hotel was nice! My only complaint is that I checked out of my room early, 13 hours before I actually had to check out and I was told that I would only be charged for half a day since I was leaving early. I ended up being charged the entire price of the original 2 day stay and when I called to ask about this I was told that you guys do not offer prices for half a day stay.

My unit did not have a thermostat and my room was freezing, when maintenance came, he said it was an old system they didn’t for the new thermostate. Very cold night
