Stayed there twice, about 3 years ago. Was very satisfied then, not so much now. The level of service really dropped. The staff at the reception gave the feeling they really don't want to be there (except one amazing guy, think his name is John), sometimes really seems like they're doing a favor to service you.
I usually left the do not disturb sign on when I left the room. One day I left the please do not disturb sign on while I stayed in, and suddenly the door of my room opened, without even knocking! And the housekeeping lady seemed surprised to see me, and left the room.
I tryed to complain to the guy at the reception, but it seemed like he doesn't get the point and all he cared about was whether I want to get service or not...
Regarding the service, you suppose to get your room cleaned every other day. But often there were problems and lack of staff, and it happened that one week I got service only once.
The breakfast was also not as good as it used to be. In the first couple of days there was a choice of eggs without meat, but then it disappeared, and for 2 weeks there was only an option with meat.
