位置優越，市中心河邊，離各景點都近，性價比高，裝修也比較新，服務響應很快。唯一的缺點就是浴室設計有點問題，淋浴房衹有浴簾，沒有防水格擋，一洗澡整個浴室全是水，水漫金山的感覺。除此之外都很滿意。

酒店處於市中心，交通方便，離湖邊很近，走路可以逛梅西等大購物廣場。還有芝加哥豆等千喜公園可以逛。

The rooms were very spacious, gorgeous view, comfortable beds. We especially liked how clean everything was. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff were rude. Two men workers were not professional at all and one of my rooms need to be refunded due to the a bug found in my room. The breakfast was talking about the guest. They started cleaning up while people were still getting breakfast and were annoyed when we started asking for utensils or condiments. They could have waited. Not a good experience for it to have been downtown.
