All the staffs were really nice and polite! As the location was really nice too and they were also able to get us into our room even though we got there a little early. Would love to stay here again.

This hotel was awful. No hair dryer, no coffee maker in the room, the shower handle fell off when we touched it, the water smelled (when it worked). One night the water was completely turned off and the hotel staff was horrible to work with, bad attitudes the whole time, no compensation at all for the lack of runningwater and they denied our refund completely for that night. Our trips.com partner was so nice and helpful which was the only redeeming quality of this stay. Do not stay at Hotel Felix!

The location is good. Everything is accessible within 1 hour. But the room is so small and not worth the price.

Great area around the hotel. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.
Room was small but perfect for me. Room HVAC system was noisy and lacked humidity. Dried out my skin and nostrils pretty fast!

Hotel was awesome, especially for the price. I would gladly stay here any time I have an event downtown without worrying about the hassle of getting to the burbs late night.
Room was a little small, but we weren't staying long.
The shower did take a long time to be mildly warm. After running about 5 minutes, it was still pretty chilly. Great for a wakeup, rough if you're trying to warm up from the chill.
One thing to note about booking on a 3rd party site like this one, there is a hotel fee that the city of Chicago charges that will appear on your card after checking out.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the blankets just felt like a sheet. The toilet was somewhat broken. I was just hoping staying downtown Chicago it would be a more luxurious feeling.

From check in through the five nights we stayed... everything was perfect. Front desk staff were very helpful, kind and professional. It was nice having complimentary coffee and fresh fruit every morning. The hotel is very conveniently located to all of the transit modes and all of the downtown loop and River North attractions and restaurants were within walking distance or just a short ride on the CTA. We bought CTA week long passes to travel around the city. Never needed a taxi or ride share. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

There was no hot water in the shower. When I informed the front desk, all I got was a sorry.
You could hear everything your neighbors said and did.

We had a room that had a broken window and phone, they were able to give us a new room but it was significantly smaller than the first. It was unfortunate to not be able to include our guests in our room but the staff was very kind and there were no other issues throughout our entire stay
