The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very stiff and had little to no cushion. The pillows were a bit thin and were also very uncomfortable. They had absolutely no cushion. My husband and I spent 3 nights there and we didn't sleep very well and ended up with back pain/stiff back.

Place is nice, clean and pretty, bedroom looks exactly like pictures online. I lost a gold ring in the room, send email to management and they never reached out to me. Very sad.

When booking I was excited paid extra for a better view and was expected to have everything Not worth the extra pay though had no microwave , not enough towels , little things like lotion, it looks good on photos but minus that the hotel was decent, just expect better overall experience

CHECK YOUR BILL! The hotel added charges that were not appropriate. Try p[roving a negative. I love staying at this hotel, but they added charges for the mini bar and the bar in the hotel. None of them for my room.
Other than that, a truly comfortable lovely hotel.

The room upgrade with the gold status was fantastic. The staff was amazing! The giant tub was such a a nice soak after a week of travel. The only drawback was the room service breakfast was average.
