Als je gewend bent om in binnenlandse hotels te verblijven, ben je echt niet gewend om in dit soort hotels te verblijven. De airco is groter dan de koelkast en staat voor het raam. Zeer hard geluid. Als u een huurder bent die bang is voor lawaai, verblijf dan niet hier. Niet alleen is de airconditioner luidruchtig, hij is ook te dicht bij de luchthaven en de vliegtuigen brullen voortdurend. Het enige voordeel is dat het hier het goedkoopste hotel is. Parkeren is gratis en er is een ijsmachine. Veel jongeren en ouders brengen hun kinderen hierheen. Mooi schoon, geen water of ijs beschikbaar. Verkoopautomaten waren niet op voorraad. Bar was geweldig!

This hotel needs serious updates. The room's door do not block any sounds. There are big gaps between door and the frame and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway, door slamming, other people talking (really loud guests after midnight and early in the morning). The bathroom looked really outdated with ripped shower curtain and shower head falling apart + hair in the sink when we arrived. The smell of ********* in the hallway. The only good thing was the location. Other than that a really bad experience. Won't be staying there again.

We stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to.
We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out.
The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting.
The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable.
All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels.

Trying to call the hotel the previous night to confirm where the bus is but the phone keep having no answer. Other than that it's all good.

The staff are very kind and the location from the airport is perfect. I booked this place with a very reasonable price due to the trip.com. I appreciate that. Only one complain is that they have shuttle buses from the hotel to the O Hare, but the night time you need to contact them to make sure the shuttle buses are running. I waited over 30 mins and finally called them and they sent a shuttle bus.
