Great hotel to stay at. Right in the middle of downtown, great walking distance from everything.

i was worried since i ve heard of a lot of rumors going around us hotels such as bed bugs, dust and dirty blakets. however those were all cleared once i got into the room. room was small but cozy and they always clean my room as if there was no body in the room. more over, location was also good. close to the station, bikes and chicago river. it was pleasure to stay there.

La moqueta estaba vieja, el baño bastante antiguo, y el local muy ruidoso, tanto dentro de la habitación, por el equipo se calefacción, muy antiguo, como por la ubicación, al lado de la carretera, con mucho tráfico y mal aislamiento.
Menos mal que en la mesilla de noche ponen tapones para los oídos!

房間每天都很早就來整理好，樓下行李服務員態度超親切，就是酒店裡的附設餐廳人不多，食物也很一般，酒店周邊交通和餐廳超市都非常方便

The staff at check in was so kind and found my reservation with no issues after a long drive. Very polite and welcoming i would recommend staying here for that relaxed feeling.

I think they should offer a continental breakfast and when you have to walk out of the building to go to the office and the parking area is always slippery that’s the part that needs improvement

I enjoyed overall the staff and personnel, however I was dissatisfied with the level of noise on my floor I could hardly get any sleep with some of the guests arguing and yelling. I would like to request for partial compensation for my accommodations. I traveled far and in the very least should have had peace and comfort in my hotel room.

Great value hotel. Clean rooms, large pool. Convenient locations. Can walk to area restaurants and attractions. Convenient,safe parking. Just wish parking was still free as it was last time stayed here.
