Check in so late of last night. But There was a staff member from the Philippines who was very nice and helped me in the morning. Breakfast was average. I was in a hurry and didn't go to the opposite place to eat.

Nice room, pretty comfortable place. Overall, it was a quick overnight stay for a flight, it was adequate. Better than others we've stayed at recently.

Nasty policies. They had rooms ready but had the temerity to charge me $20 for an early check-in. That's unfriendly and exploitative, I've never experienced that in
any other hotel. Poor management decisions.

Really liked the quick check in and being able to leave my car and take a shuttle to the airport. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful

The keys didn’t work the first attempt. The plumbing for the sink is exposed and the shelf thing looks tacky. The heat/ac was very finicky it would work one minute and then stop on the next

This was an excellent spot as we were flying out of Spokane and needed to leave our car behind. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel did smell a bit funky but other than that it was good.

Awful stay. Self check in didn't work, wasted 10minutes there, then 15 in line to check in at counter. Elevators didn't work so I had to lug my luggage and skis up stairs. Very loud, rooms not soundproofed

Well located for our need, clean, but overall just average. Maintenance issue in our room, loud and persistent hallway noise into early morning hours, and no daily maid service. Seven night stay and only one cleaning. Had to request clean towels more than once.

Aside from the broken elevator and carrying bags upstairs, our room had a putride smell upon entering but it was after midnight and we didn’t have any other options. The tv was broken and couldn’t be turned on. The bed was soft tho
