Great value for money! Comfy and cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apar**ent. Great communication with the owners, easy check in- check out process.
Free parking. Close to everything, in a quiet neighbourhood.
They even added a complimentary bottle of wine 🍷.
Couldn't ask for more.
I will definitely rebook it whenever I go back to Chania, Crete.

沒有停車位，無人值守，沒人告知怎麼入住，在門口喂蚊子。屋裡都是蚊子。沒有人為此負責和給予補償。下次不來了。

The flat was brilliant and not too distant from the old town - 10 minute walk.
However when I arrived at the property there was no receptionist and a sign pointing to the e-reception. I rang the bell on the keypad and got no response. I finally found a phone number and got through to someone who gave me a code to access my key - it was a real pain to search for a number I could contact them on - they had contacted me by email the day before to ask for my arrival time, and could easily have given me the code then

Maria is an amazing host. The property is super modern and nice, simply and beautifully decorated. Any request was answered positively on the spot.

We enjoyed our stay in this place. The communications with the staff before and during our stay were excellent. We had a late10:30pm check-in and had no problem at all. Large apar**ent in a very good condition, comfy bed, great shower, very clean through out. The shampoo & shower gel etc are provided which was nice. Quiet in the evening, 2 mins walk to the supermarket and good coffee. It takes about 10 mins walk to the old town. We defo would stay here again. If I have to pick something, we felt the aircon is not very sufficient, it's cool for sure but not cool enough and it takes a bit time to cool the room down. Probably it's because the main part of the aircon was on the roof and there's no shelter for the machines.

Absolutely wonderful the property, all the facilities in it, the great communication of the owner and how well located it is in Chania. I can't recommend it enough!

Great location of the apar**ents. Walking distance of the old town area and good restaurants. the apar**ent itself was very neat and clean, shower was amazing and so was the bed. Wifi was fast! A great place for 2 days for the price, definitely would rent again!

Generally, staff are not on site, nor are they very helpful when you do reach them. Rooms are cleaned sparingly, and not upon request - even though the website says they are. The latching mechanism to our door was also broken, and was never addressed by the maintenance team. Making coming and going from the apar**ent a challenge itself. The rooms were fine, but staff proved to be a challenge.
