I only stayed for 1 night, there was a weird smell & the room was stuffy.

Rooms are quite small. They provide some convenient feature, bluetooth connection for music, electric curtain, different ligthening.
But all rooms smells smoking residual. they are not deap cleaned after chinese people. They do not respect the non smoking, so in that sense it's a false advertisement.
Rooms are very noisy, it's not possible to rest quietly during the night.
Wifi is good though.

The hotel is in a great location, clean and quiet. I would suggest them to deal with the lighting coz the room was a bit dark

華住會旗下酒店，設施很新，性價比高，入住體驗很好！
首先，地理位置優越，馬路對面就是琴湖溪裏綜合體，吃喝玩樂應有盡有，走到琴湖邊也就幾分鐘，酒店還有免費停車場，自駕方便。
其次，酒店服務到位，酒店工作人員很熱情，辦理入住時贈送了歡迎禮，有水果、養樂多、當地特產（八寶飯），還有一塊很可愛的小蛋糕，有點驚喜。請前台幫忙延遲退房也很爽快答應。五一黃金週期間，各方面服務都保持了較高水平，值得點贊。
最後，居住空間舒適。房間裝修簡約，設施都很智能，訂的標間雖然不大，但床很大，有書桌，行李擺放空間還是足夠的。

就在琴湖廣場馬路對面，吃飯遛娃都很方便。
早餐餐廳很小，人多的時候要等位，不過早餐還可以，對得起價格。
房間隔音太差太差了！走廊、隔壁房間説話能聽見。
衞生間的燈是感應燈，不過房間比較小，也沒有必要。
服務：最棒的就是酒店前台服務，非常熱情！

週末來常熟玩，聽説琴湖溪裏風景優美，吃喝玩樂都有。在攜程上查了一下，附近比較合適的酒店就是這家星程（就在琴湖溪裏商業中心對面）。酒店屬於華住集團，跟全季差不多。酒店的生意很好，下午3點多到達，竟然房間還在打掃，又等了半小時。5樓是最高層，電梯到4樓，需要再步行一層樓。房間乾淨衞生，床品舒服，wifi速度快。就是淋浴間地面容易積水，洗澡水也不夠大，洗臉池有點多，下水慢。酒店門口有很多車位，住店客人免費停車（出門前到前台掃碼）。

酒店對面就是常熟新時尚地標的琴湖溪裏，周邊環境好，離老城區的虞山也不遠，自駕停車方便。前台服務很熱情，告知和介紹都很周到，本來訂了兩間雙床房，是過道窗，因為帶了長者，就主動要求升級到更寬敞明亮的高級房，前台還提供了長者洗浴用的椅子，很滿意。
衞生，和早餐的提供都達到要求，性價比高。
