The outlook of the building is run down, and it's on the top floors of an apartment where locals stay. Surroundings are wet market / fruit market. The room and accommodation are as shown in pictures and are a big contrast to the exterior building overall outlook / conditions. It is difficult to find the place as there r no signage on the ground floor, and reception is only at the top floors. If you do not mind how the exterior looks, it's a good place to stay w clean room, bathroom with centralised heating. Free laundry including washing detergent but the coffee and tea in the room are chargeable. A bit of a walk from the subway and train station. You can check out the pic below to find the location of the accommodation. You have to go in this building and take the elevators up to the floor as stated in the address

Wonderful stay in LivIn. Nice environment enen though the lobby looks old and many people around . Places near to wet market , cheap, fresh fruit around . Worthy stay

I have a good experience with this hotel in Changsha. My recommendations.

我們有12人，入住舒適，可以看到火車站，導航幾百米到地鐵站。附近有個衣服批發商場，周邊食物不多。樓下的環境的確會有點嚇人，但上到去29樓31樓就會身心舒暢。設有停車場。

強迫症+潔癖狂喜。MUJI風，很簡約讓人看着很舒服。有冰箱，雙層隔音玻璃門，有陽台可以晾衣服，洗衣房三台洗衣機+一台烘乾機，提供洗衣液和消毒水。床品和衞生都沒啥問題。待改善的是隔音，關門會很大聲，應該是頂樓靠近電梯機房，偶爾就會聽見機器的聲音；熱水會忽冷忽熱。

出來旅行多次，最滿意的一次，隔音超級好，還給免費升級了房型，性價比超高👍

挺不錯，性價比還可以，房間佈置的也還好，適合看夜景，就是隔音不咋滴，再就是晚上沒人在，要是想取放行李挺麻煩，按説多僱個人輪班也花不了幾個錢，挺反人類的

環境：地理位置非常優秀，靠近長沙站和地鐵口 設施：特別棒比照片更好。非常喜歡 服務：前台服務很好， 送咖啡掛耳包+免費洗烘衣+大廳免費觀影:這個是重點哦。非常適合旅行入住

挺不錯，樓下煙火氣，環境不太好，因為是公寓式酒店，電梯很快送到了29樓～柳暗花明。安保很好，出電梯進入酒店要刷卡。房間很乾凈，衞生做足，洗澡水舒服，就是浴室小了點。陽台可以晾衣服，視野開闊。
