酒店相當不錯，已經是多次入住了，這裏距離南站很近，周邊購物也方便，大堂服務更是到位，就是早餐啊再豐富點就更好了

設施：比較齊全
衞生：比較乾淨，被褥沒有異味
服務：南站接送服務很好，出行也比較方便，提前一點打電話就會安排
早餐也比較豐富，湖南米粉就在酒店裡吃的，孩子也説不錯

設施：酒店設施齊全，就是房間稍微有點小，尤其是衞生間的佈局。。。不關門都不能刷牙，這佈置就有點誇張了
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，滿意
環境：酒店環境也不錯，距離長沙南1km
服務：服務很滿意
高鐵站接站:非常滿意的服務，每半小時有一次接送的服務。

โรงแรมดีมาก มีบริการส่งที่สถานีรถไฟด้วย ห้องพักดีกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าดี คุณลุบที่มาส่งสถานี น่ารักมาก ชื่นชมเลย แต่มีข้อติง นิหน่อย ตอนที่ไปเชคอินไปเจอพี่คนไทยอีกกรุปนึง ที่โรงแรม น้องที่เค้าเตอร์ ให้ห้องที่มีแขกพักอยู่เปิดเข้าไป เจอเค้าเกือบโป๊อยู่ พี่เค้่าเลยมาขอให่ช่วยคุยให้ น้องก้อขอโทษ และอัฟเกรดห้องพี่คนนั้นไป จริงๆเปนเรื่องต้องระวัง เลยขอติงไว้ เราเข้าพักคืน 22 /4/2024 โดยรวมถือว่าดี อีกประเด็นคือ อีกกลุ่มนึง มากัน 7 คน นัองบอกว่า รถ รร นั่งได้แค่ 4 คน 7 คนไปไม่ได้โดยไม่ได้หาทางแก้ไขให้เลย ทั้งทีีเปนบริการ ที รร ระบุไว้ว่าเปนบริการ

ถ้าเป็นเที่ยวบินลงสนามบินฉางชา ช่วงดึก แนะนำให้นั่ง Taxi จากสนามบิน ( อย่าเรียกจากบุคคลภายนอกที่แฝงตัวไปเป็นTaxi) และแสดงที่อยู่ ของHolidayinn Express ในApp Trip.com โรงแรมตั่งอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฉางชาSouth เหมาะกับคนที่จะเดินทางไปเฟิ่งหวง และTrip.com มอบ voucher รถไปส่งที่สถานีรถไฟในตอนเช้าด้วย อย่าลืมแจ้งเวลากับพนักงานโรงแรมตอนเช็คอิน ห้องสะอาด standard Holiday Inn

it is walking distance to Changsha south Station for high speed train to everywhere. It is next street to shops, mostly eateries of all sort. It also has a simple retaurant at its ground floor, serving many hotels in the same buildings. Staff are competent, friendly, they even go out of the way to help foreigner like me to get taxis, food delivery. They keep track of the room, even after few days i left, if there are anything i left behind. Hotel modern, clean, nice unobstructed views...

早餐很滿意，跟鐵路有點兒近，怕吵的估計會嫌棄，不過我不怕聲音吵嘍。接觸的服務中，前台的服務（夜間1點到店）中耐心不足之外，其他都還不錯。
