Our room looks great and smells nice, but there were not much to look at from the Window and didn't have a full length mirror. The complimentary self service laundry facilities was a bonus, as we were able to wash all our clothes especially we are on a long trip. Staff was professional and helpful but do not have much knowledge about local public transport.

定房的時候很忐忑，入住以後真的很好物超所值，首先環境很好一棟高樓轉的門進大廳非常大氣，房間用品一應俱全電視waifai吹風機電話等都有再來服務非常好大廳的幾個小姑娘態度很好辦理入住也很快看到我們兩個大人免費升級了房型還很熱心介紹了酒店的洗衣房位置早餐位置跟用餐時間等房間衞生特別的乾淨自己隨手拍了幾張圖片希望能幫到後面的朋友們

酒店的服務真的挺好的，一入大堂辦理入住客服給我們每人奉上一杯紅茶，還友好提醒我們長沙這幾天下雨，出門記得帶傘，前台也有免費的傘供客人使用，客服姐姐還幫我們拖行李箱上樓送到房間，很暖心的幫我們家長輩手機連無線網，房間訂的2個房間，都有獨立wF，而且是滿格wF，入住愉快，五星好評[玫瑰][抱拳]

這個酒店衞生蠻好，前台開房快，開發票也開這裏還開的是電子發票，然後房間也很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，這裏離瀏陽河很近，散步啊，逛逛啊都很好，這裏還有龍坪公園呢非常滿意還有免費的充電充電樁我先好評吧。wF好用
