I have been staying at this hotel for 4-5 months now (for work) and it has been a very good experience.
The rooms are always very clean. The cleaning lady would come to clean every day.
The staff is always especially helpful. Thank you Anna for helping me so many time! :)

我這個訂單是有水果的 可能是我到店晚 沒有果兒 沒有也就算了 也不缺果兒吃 進房沒細看 這抹塵去污的力度還得加強

17號入住長沙縣馨樂庭公寓酒店，時間有點晚了 客服小姜小美女耐心的給介紹了不同價格的幾個房間 按我們的住房要求推薦了合適的房型 並給升級了套房 非常滿意又續住了幾天 入住體驗超級超級棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻退房後前台發現有沒有帶走的物品 馬上電話聯繫，再次謝謝！會推薦給我的朋友們馨樂庭公寓酒店

房間很温馨 帶了狗子 非常友好 加收100寵物清潔費感覺很值 兩室的房間花了600床很大 早餐煮粉的阿姨非常好 給推薦得粉很好吃 美中不足廚房下水反味 廚房衞生不太好哦

首次入住，帶着家人和寶寶入住，剛進房間整體感覺良好，第二天洗澡，發現一衹很大的蟑螂🪳，瞬間嚇得跳起來，就在衞生間，毛巾浴巾都掛在旁邊，跟前台反應，前台告知晚上比較晚了，如果需要可以換個房間，可是我的寶寶已經入睡，如何換房間？第二天退房，值班經理出來道歉，告知這種蟑螂的情況令他們也很苦惱，不能完全解決，因為每個房間管道是互通的😢
退房時問前台，之前預付按金哪時候退回？服務員説估計幾個小時，到現在已經9個小時過去了……

走進大堂感受到很温馨的休息區也多，前台非常的親切辦理入住也很快～這家酒店之前和家人一起來住過的，這次來體驗感依舊很棒！
設施：設施都挺齊全，還有幾乎全新的廚具餐具方便煮飯
據説這家酒店是允許帶寵物入住的，會跟帶寵物出遊的朋友推薦這家酒店！
