The family room is spacious, clean, but WiFi connection was not good. breakfast is okay with many varieties, but coffee machine not workable.
Overall stay is pleasant.

Convenient location.
Classy interior design, obviously European style.
Room was not big but it is cozy. Wooden panels hid the water and heating tubes.
They did not have robes but I got one when asked for it.
Overall, a good decent hotel to stay in Changchun at such a good price.

1/給安排的是尾房，預訂頁面沒有任何提示，到了房間門口了才發現是尾房。到店後，前台也沒有提示説尾房的安排。上下樓折騰的不舒服。
前台旁邊的沙發上四仰八叉的躺着個小夥子，咱前台提醒下客人可以不？
被子破了洞，感官不好。

このホテルは、初めて宿泊しました。部屋は、広くて綺麗でとても良かったですが、冷蔵庫が無いのが少しマイナスですね。同じ金額なら他のホテルでは、冷蔵庫が付いているので今後、付けて貰えれば嬉しいです。夏は、特に必要ですね。

交通方便，從機場坐大巴3號線下車衹需要十分鐘就走到了，房間寬敞温馨，房間很安靜 前台服務也很熱情 酒店下午還提供了下午茶 有咖啡和水果 還有甜品 酒店很不錯 體驗感也很好 下次還會選擇入住

訂的高級大床房，然後前台琪琪給升級了豪華大床房。很客氣周到。屋裡乾淨整潔，有很大的窗户，很通透。維也納大廳裝修很豪華有免費咖啡和小食。唯一不好的體驗就是早上七八點樓道里n個熊孩子嗷嗷叫喚跑來跑去。這跟酒店也沒關係，主要是家長素質不行，也不管管。其他都還好。

酒店獨特的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，前台麗影 耐心專業的講解周邊景點和美食，房間也是寬敞，透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也非常舒適。前台還備有當地景點推薦和美食推薦總會真的和貼心友好，入住瞭然客讓人感受到其他酒店沒有的感覺很踏實！晚上還有自取的夜宵，簡直貼心啊，以後還會經常住這樣的酒店，

酒店的服務和設施都非常完美，前台服務經理和大堂經理服務這是我比較滿意的。酒店大堂裝修很華麗！房間設施也都很好，很完善。還自助洗衣房，房間裏還貼心的放上了旅遊路線推薦，以後來長春還是會選擇這裏！
