"The view from the room and the open dinning area was spectacular, room was clean and presentable, and the service was excellent. Everything about the stay was great except the noise from a party that was being held at the hotel by a group kept me up till midnight and sploit my sleep. Maybe sound proofing needs to improve. Overall, it was good enough for me to stay again in future."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Vineet Kumar's place at ITC Chal Hotel, Himachal Pradesh! We had the Himachali Cha Gosht and it was hands down the best mutton I've ever had. The flavor was so rich, tender and full of authentic pahadi spices. But what made it even more special was chef Vineet Kumar himself - his food and service both were outstanding. "The stay was fantastic. We had earlier taken the one bhk cottage, however, we were not that comfortable in it , immediately just upon one request, the mgmt, accepted our request to change the room to the cottage suite . Gestures like these when sorted out without any arguments is really appreciative. The property is very nice , well located and a perfect get away. We were 3 of us, including my 6 year old son, who had a ball of a time running around in the open lawns and in the club house. Our anniversary decorations were done in our room and room balcony- amazing. The food is good , i would not say excellent , due to the limitations in choice, however, whatever is provided, is extremely nice. The service is top class and prompt. House keeping is good and.fast. The staff is ever smiling and friendly. Mr. Ram lal was present throughout and ever helpful. Mr. Amritpal sign too is co-operative and a good person to communicate and place all your requests to. They will make sure that the guests are happy and content Will surely visit there again"

"A beautiful cozy space perched on the hills, Maple Resort oozes warm hospitality. We stayed at their suite and were floored by the luxurious setting and peaceful vibe. Not only is the hotel easy to access, but it also has the best cuisine. Their global flavors match with their impeccable hospitality. Best part is that it is pet friendly - they take care of your pets like family and serve them food with the same love and affection. I loved the nature trails and village treks that were so close to the property. If I were to travel to Chail one more time, I would stay at Maple again."

Over resort View is goed, maar bereid je voor insecten rond de kamers, in open ruimtes en sommige in de kamer ook. Kamerverhuur is heftig vergeleken met andere hotels. Parkeerplaats is te streng, je moet goed ervaren chauffeur zijn om je auto te halen. Eten is duur omdat er geen keuze is voor de gast om uit te gaan en iets te hebben. Alle vijf sterrentarieven en nog steeds moet je 45 minuten wachten voor uw bestelling voorbereiding dat ook in het seizoen dat is in juni wanneer er alle 16 kamers zijn bewoond. kamers zijn klein voor vier bedden types. Ze profiteren eigenlijk van een bankbed.
