"Absolutely amazing experience at Vineet Kumar's place at ITC Chal Hotel, Himachal Pradesh! We had the Himachali Cha Gosht and it was hands down the best mutton I've ever had. The flavor was so rich, tender and full of authentic pahadi spices. But what made it even more special was chef Vineet Kumar himself - his food and service both were outstanding. Genuine hospitality, warm behavior and food made with so much love. If you are staying at ITC Chal and want to taste real home-cooked Himachali food, this is a MUST TRY. 10/10 would come again!"

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of resort. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"It is located on Chail Kufri road. Serene and isolated location. Booked executive room no. 103. Excellent view from room. Very clean and hygenic room and washroom, matches standard of 5 star. Room is very big. Amenities: they have nice gaming arcade, garden and view points. Restaurant: Mr. Amrish and Karan's hospitality is amazing. Food is very delicious and have excellent and optimal options. Pets: They allow pets on chargeable basis. They provide cooked foods for pet on request. Pets to be kept in room only for convenience. Nearby attraction: Kali ka Tibba temple is located 12 km from this location, almost 30 mins drive."
