"Suitable for skiing, very close to Okemo. Facilities: Basic, just enough for a bed. Environment: Not many restaurants nearby, so bring your own. The hotel is very expensive; a simple meal will cost over $50."

"I bought a travel size Aveda hairspray that quit spraying after one trip. I’ve bought a larger size of the spray, from another store, before that did the same thing. When exchanging the larger size for one that works, the store told me to wash the nozzle after each use. I did this with the travel size but it still quit spraying. I took the travel size back to the spa for exchange or refund. They told me their policy was no returns or exchanges, even for a faulty product. Told me to contact Aveda instead. Poor customer service. They need to stand behind their products. Needless to say, that was the last purchase I’ll make there."

"Everything was wonderful at The Pointe. However, the coffee that they put out in the morning is really just colored water, it is not edible, even if you are an addict. I've noticed more and more hotels are advertising coffee but then not making it correctly. I don't know if they are consciously trying to save money or if their front line employees prefer to use the previous day's grounds because it is somehow easier."

"Went for a birthday celebration. Dinner in the dining room then staying in the castle. Room was nothing like that shown online when booking. More old than charming. Service at dinner was lovely. Food beautifully presented. Taste average. Very expensive night with no - oh how nice - feeling to take away. Disappointed."
