"Case Vacanza Loria is great base for climbing, you can easily and fast get to the climbing crags in the San vito lo capo, Custonaci and near Castelluzzo. There is easy acces to the airports in Palermo and Trapani. As a location Loria is good base for activities like climbing, hiking, riding bike, swimming and travelling. We have „romantic” aparment - it was clean, new and very nice. Nice and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, kitchen with every necessary accesories. Big and comfortable parking for car. Very kind householder, you can buy homemade olive which is really great. There was no problem to contact our host, and there was no problem to get to the Loria even in the late evening after our flight to Palermo. Het was allemaal top, van de schoonheid van de kamers tot het ontbijt, van de komst tot de locatie, echt geweldig om de stranden en de prachtige wandelingen van het gebied te bereiken. De kamers zijn zeer schoon, comfortabel en in elk detail gerenoveerd. Het ontbijt is een echte krachtpunt: overvloedig, echt en met echt geweldige taart gemaakt thuis. Een speciale dank aan Angela en Ninetta, prachtige, vriendelijke en altijd beschikbaar mensen, die met hun aandacht en vriendelijkheid ons gevoel hebben gevoeld als thuis. "I made a reservation on June 24 through the official website. On July 15, I received an email claiming my card details were fraudulent and giving me 24 hours to update them — yet no option was provided to do so, and no one answered emails or phone calls during that window. When I finally reached someone, I was asked to send new credit card details by email, which is highly suspicious. Later, I was told my phone number and ID were also “invalid” and the booking was canceled. This is clearly a case of overbooking or internal mismanagement, dishonestly blamed on the customer. No trust, no professionalism, no hospitality. I do not recommend."
