We have stayed here a few times this year and the staff were very profession and helpful. The room was very clean and the maids got us anything we needed. The breakfast was good and very presentable my only recommendation would be to add something with the eggs. I will stay there any time I am in Carrolton

My parents had a flood in their home and had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks and the staff here were wonderful! They were constantly asking if there was anything we needed or anything they could do for us (my parents have limited mobility due to a stroke and a fall). The rooms are very nice, the pool was clean, the laundry facilities were cleaned daily, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen! I have to say though the friendly staff was what made this experience much easier for us all. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast has fruits, eggs, ham, bread, coffee, yogurt and more. There is free parking. The internet speed is ok. Free internet access. The room was a bit noisi. When the front desk didn't ask me for a card, I deducted $166.85. The bill given later is another number. I don't know how much I will deduct. I can't match the amount I booked.

Very unfriendly staff on site!!I had a major back surgery & asked if I could possibly check out at 12 every hotel has always let me do that not this hotel that said no we cannot do that for u!!So I don’t know if I will be coming back to this hotel when I can go to a hotel that cares about their guest they have those hotels in Carrollton GA,I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to NO one and the pool is way too tiny & they only had One Lounge chair to lay out on at the pool which I think is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
