"I had booked a one-night stay at this nice property with good reviews, unfortunately I caught the flu and asked the manager, given the impossibility of traveling, to move the date of the stay, but the request was refused. I then asked for the possibility of cancellation without penalties, given that the free period had just expired, but here too there was a firm refusal with the request to settle the bill within five days, threatening to pass the matter to a debt collection agency. I paid the bill, but the regret remains for the lack of even a minimum of understanding on the part of the manager."
