Het heeft zijn hoofdingang op de hoofdstraat van Santa Teresa en op een zijstraat die direct naar het strand leidt, heeft de ingang naar het parkeren en een voetganger. Je hebt heel dicht bij alles. Bars, restaurants, cafés, winkels... en het belangrijkste is dat je het strand op een paar meter... een prachtig strand met alles wat nodig is om te ontspannen en te genieten... de kamers zijn groot. Rein, rustig, goed bed en rustig, goed voor de eigenaars die je thuis voelen."

"This hotel generally gets good reviews but we were surprised and underwhelmed. Our biggest concern was the size - the rooms are very small, almost uncomfortable. It felt like we were staying in a college dorm room. It was very tight for two people, and certainly not romantic or comfortable for a couple’s stay. We did not enjoy sleeping in a bunk bed. With that said, the room was new, clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a restaurant on-site and a tiny pool. It’s basically like a hostel. Heads-up that’s its on the southern end of Santa Teresa and we felt a bit isolated. I might recommend looking for a place about a mile/km north, more towards the center. But there is a grocery store right across the street, and also laundry and a few coffee shops. It’s nice that this hotel is new, but again the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. I imagine it’s hard to find luxurious places in this small beach town without paying a fortune. If you’re looking for something nice, I would probably avoid Santa Teresa altogether."

"We bleef hier voor de bruiloft van een familielid in Santa Teresa. We hielden van de verblijf. De kinderen genoten echt van het zwembad en de warme tub die vlak buiten onze kamer was. Het ontbijt was geweldig en de kinderen genoten de frisse kokosnoten. Het was comfortabel gelegen. Luis (die er werkt en elke ochtend ontbijt stelt) en de dame die aan de voorkant was, waren allemaal een groot voordeel voor het hotel en waren altijd handig en zorgde voor ons en beantwoordde alle vragen die we hadden."

"Wonderful, clean and quiet hostel close to the city centre and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Chelsea is a great host making checkin easy and making you feel apart of the Cafecito family! Lenin is an awesome surf instructor with small group lessons even turning into private depending on how many people are staying at the hostel. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Santa Teresa!"

"We stayed in casita no.1 and we are located next to the street and the front door to the hotel. The noise is the issue coming from with 4wheeler ATV and pick-up trucks constantly zig zagging and making a carnage of noise on the street adjacent to our bedroom from what a what peaceful setting this could have been! The other HUGE issue is the front door of the hotel LOUD SLAMMING from morning to late evening. We couldn’t use the hamac for relaxation as there’s no escaping the loudness banging as we are 10feet from door and road. The DOGS ´BARKING & HOWLING will drive you insane troughout the nite and early morning The DUST from the road makes it’s way into our casita no.1 This was an ordeal …. We asked to be moved but we’re told that they were full but I noticed new arrivals constantly. Otherwise…. In the other casitas , I’m sure it is better…. Loved the staff… the pool and proximity of everything around. Pura Vida ! Maybe not at casita no.1"

"We hebben met familie en vrienden. We hebben 5 kamers in de nieuwe bouw fabriek zou het mooiste moeten zijn! . De kamers hebben geen plaats waar u kunt uittrekken de badpak, er is geen aeratie, als je de kamers op de grond zijn vochtig ruikt vochtig donker tegen een onvoorwaardelijke prijs. Het ontbijt is slecht als je laat komt niets terug. De goede locatie alleen maar de mooiste, de mooiste zone van heilige Teresa meer ten noorden van het strand Ik adviseer het niet."
