We hebben vier heerlijke dagen in het Alphen Hotel. Alles is heel relaxt, heerlijke suite in het oude herenhuis, prachtig zwembad, prima restaurants La Belle en vooral Incognito om ‘s avonds heerlijk te genieten. De staf is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk in een veilige omgeving. We hebben echter één minpunt: de suite is geweldig en we hadden speciaal gevraagd voor Twin bedden, maar die vielen erg tegen. De kwaliteit van de bedden en het linnen prima, maar de maten zijn echt te klein: te kort en te smal. Ik hoop dat ze daar wat aan gaan doen. Dan komen we weer en geven we vijf sterren.

We travelled from afar to enjoy La Bella Restaurant’s Buttermilk pancakes for the kids - the are usually religious! Unfortunately the cream was nowhere to be found until about 15mins after pancakes arrived. There was much gnashing of teeth. Don’t normally leave reviews - but thought it’s a problem worth solving: Only make the pancakes when the cream is a-ready.

Our stay was for 4 nights.. the staff made it a nice experience to us .. very friendly staff and the room was big enough .. I can say the hotel is perfect if you have everyday plan and want to rest at night ..

I had an exceptional stay at the Alphen Hotel and Spa in Cape Town. The entire team, from the reception to the restaurants and room service, took meticulous care of me throughout my visit. As I was there during Ramadan, they were particularly accommodating, ensuring that early breakfasts and evening snacks were delivered to my room to support my fasting rituals. The hotel is perfectly located just 20 minutes from the city center, nestled in a picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring two bathrooms, making them ideal for families. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service in a stunning location. A heartfelt thank you to the Alphen team for making my stay truly comfortable.

Staying at the Alphen hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the staff, who were always ready to assist with a simple smile. The food was simply divine, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location couldn't have been more picturesque, offering breathtaking views at every turn. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return!

We arrived at the Alphen after a lengthy cruise. It was a great choice. Danielle in Reception was very welcoming and looked after us We had booked the two hour signature massage followed by lunch in La Belle. Probably the best massage we have ever had. The room was excellent and I really enjoyed the pool area. There was a little girl with her young Mum learning to dive and it was highly entertaining. Really nice atmosphere and very select. A minor irritation is that its adjacent to a public area where a lot of people exercise their dogs which can get a tad noisy. But it is minor and more from a distance The meal in Blanco was very good, but particularly the Hot bread with cheese dip starter. On reflection I would have preferred eating in La Belle at the front. Its always busy and has a great vibe. I would highly recommend this hotel as its select, La Belle as mentioned really has a great vibe and the pool area is quite special.

The best way to start our holiday in beautiful Cape Town was to spend a few nights in this delightful hotel. From the moment you are welcomed at reception to the moment ( sadly) you wave goodbye, you are looked after by a tremendous team. The restaurant is amazing, the bar is lovely and having breakfast in the bakery is delightful. The pool area, set in manicured gardens is just so relaxing. My two young adult children, my wife and I, aim to return one day, soon.

What a great find! My husband and I needed a short stretch of relaxation after our cruise ship arrived in Cape Town, and our flight back to the United States didn’t depart for 12 hours. We secured spa treatments and lunch at Blanko’s for our short stay. The staff was outstanding in making us feel welcome, despite the abbreviated stay. In fact, at the height of the holiday season, they managed to have our room ready at 9:30 AM. (With a bottle of champagne and treats in our room!) The spa staff was friendly and accommodating while we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the hotel. This type of service and accommodations, warrant a return visit so we stay longer!

From the excellent customer service with friendly and professional demeanor during a seemless check-in and check-out, to beautifully maintained grounds and well appointed rooms, my brief visit was outstanding. The variety of restaurants offered enough options for lunch and breakfast, so well done Kove Collection! I will most certainly be back for a longer stay, to truly get immersed in the relaxed atmosphere that is created by the staff in the most perfect setting. Thank you.
