The hotel staff is very friendly and I would like to give a special mention to Leroy who goes the extra mile to make sure that guests are happy.I had a wardrobe malfunction and urgently needed a needle and thread.He ran to the shop to buy me a little sewing kit as the hotel does not keep any.Leroy,you deserve a raise and an employee of the year award for such excellent service.Your enthusiasm and hard work did not go unnoticed. My overall experience at the hotel was great.However,the hotel restaurant does not open on Saturdays which was a little odd. The bathroom ceiling in my room was leaking water. On my arrival,one of the pillowcases in my room was dirty but that was rectified immediately. Breakfast gets served at 7 instead of 6:30 which means if you have an early flight,you will miss breakfast. I would give the hotel a 4,however, these minor issues force me to give it a 3.
