"I stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are shops, restaurants, and a market nearby. The port is a 5-7-minute walk away. The toilets and showers are shared and located on each floor. Overall, for the price, this is a good and quite comfortable option for a short stay."

"The only reasons I booked this hotel were the location, price, and spa services—but it seems I made the wrong decision. We had the worst spa experience ever: the area was dirty and wet, clearly in need of a full renovation. The sauna door wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. There were no towels, no staff to assist, and no one to answer our questions. We had to walk all the way back to our room in wet slippers, passing through the reception—I guess they like us cleaning the floor with our wet slippers! Breakfast was poor, and the rooms were not soundproof. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from people coming in and out. Overall, we understand it’s not a 5-star hotel, so for the money we paid, I guess it was just okay."

We had asked to change rooms but the manager told us that the hotel was full except that on the internet it was noted that rooms were available, too bad."

Het is schandalig om enorme kakkerlakken te zien als je wakker wordt en niet eens een gebaar te maken of je geld terug te krijgen."
