Het gebouw is vast verouderd met zijn slijtage. Maar dit wisten we voordat we reserveerden en is te merken op de foto's. Het appartement was bij aankomst proper gekuist en alle beloofde elementen zoals lakens, handdoeken, badges waren aanwezig. Het inchecken verliep heel eenvoudig en vlot. Alles gebeurt digitaal hetgeen het wat onpersoonlijk maakt maar is dat niet de hedendaagse tendens. Voldoende mails ontvangen zowel voor ons vertrek, tijdens ons verblijf als na het verlaten van het app om een vlotte werking te bekomen. Zwembad was proper, goed verzorgt en voldoende bewaking aanwezig. Airco werkte perfect alsook de andere voorzieningen zoals frigo, microgolf, koffiezet,... Groot terras met zeezicht. Het weinige telefonisch contact was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden origineel verkeerd geboekt ( mijn fout ) en is heel professioneel en klantvriendelijk opgelost. Waarvoor mijn dank. Ik zal zeker deze accommodatie aanbevelen

Geen airco, je kan niet verluchten want er is veel lawaai, slechte en kleine bedden, kleine appartementen. Het enige pluspunt is de helpdesk ter plaatse. Hier komen we nooit meer terug, worst place ever..

Unfortunately I booked this apartment not realising it didn't have any AC (my fault), however after kindly asking to cancel the booking and get refunded within 24hrs of making my booking I was told that it wasn't possible. Having explained the reason why i.e it was unusually warm at that time of year and I had a 2year old child who would need AC. I was told that no refund was possible. I accepted this, However after making the booking I was then asked if I wanted bedding for a further €40, after cancelling the booking I was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund on sheets and towels that I hadn't even used. Long story short these people who manage this property have the WORST customer service, are rude and I advise anyone thinking of staying here to go elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour. AND looking at the other reviews there are many many others who feel the same. STAY AWAY

Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful
Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments

Avoid this place, ITS OLD!!! no customer service, no soap, no dishwashing cloth, no salt, no napkins there is absolutely nothing for living ( except some toilet paper ) . First thing guest needs to do is to go to the store . no umbrella on the terrasse which makes terrasee unusable during the day because of the sun . This palce does not offer refund because refund is the first thing you think about when you enter the room ( or even getting to your room for the first time ). Its just horrible. It seems as though the owner decided to squeeze as much as possible from this "property" without investing a dime and then kill it ( 4th day here and I havent seen even 1 person who works here . Stahy away.,

This property id nothing like as advertised. The location is terrible, the site is old and dirty, and the place felt borderline unsafe.

Had a great time, the complex itself is fine, we were lucky and had a recently refurbished room with brand new kitchen air-con and furniture. Don't expect to be in the centre of Cannes, it's about a 25 minute walk to the port, so doable if you're up to it and you can stop off at the very Cabins on the way for a drink or snack. The pools are great and the beach is literally across the road! Parking is a little tricky, but we managed to get one right outside on the street as ours didn't include a space in the underground car park, but there are spaces by the beach and there is a car park just around the corner. Superb bakery just a short walk away and the usual superb mini markets with everything you'll need.

Very kind and helpful personnel, clean and comfortable studio for 3. Clean pool and very good location near the open beaches. Easy to access by taxi and good public transport. There are grocery stores nearby and good for a short summer stay

Résidence à fuir avec un vrai manque d’hygiène, impossible de séjourner dans cet endroit Qui est censé accueillir des vacanciers donc doit être un minimum entretenu, nous avons réservé avec le site Bookîng, nous sommes très déçu de ce séjour.
