"Over het algemeen heel goed, ze lieten me laat uitchecken en ze veranderden mijn kamer omdat het geen tweepersoonsbed was zoals vermeld in de trip.com-beschrijving waarin ook stond dat er een badkuip was, maar er was geen ... De schoonmaak was goed, het bed was zeer comfortabel, de locatie was goed, misschien wel het minst van alles was het ontbijt, het ontbrak wat keuze voor een 4-sterren hotel, het was allemaal te simpel, maar de man die in de vers gemaakte eieren en pannenkoeken sectie was erg vriendelijk (Yusef), over het algemeen goed. Ik weet niet waar de spa is, en ze vermelden het ook niet. Daarom lijkt het mij een beetje overbodig om het Hotel & Spa te noemen."

"We had a rocky start with this hotel, we arrived at 3am in the morning, much later than we had hoped due to numerous delays at the airport. When we went to check in, the hotel had given our rooms to another family who had checked in an hour or two before, they had booked and paid but had no reservation on the system (we had both booked through Love Holidays). The receptionist then went away for 10 minutes to rectify the issue to come back closely followed by the poor family he had kicked out of our rooms!!!! In the end we got into our rooms and the other family were found new rooms after quite a bit of a wait, however we were very shocked at how it was dealt with and feel it could have been handled differently. I would advise if you have a late flight and or have any delays, call the hotel and let them know you are on your way! Rooms are nice enough, quite small and cramped and there is obvious wear and tear throughout the hotel but the hotel and rooms were cleaned to a good standard and fresh towels and bedding provided daily. Our view from the balcony was at the back of the hotel, if you looked down you did have a view of the back road, a car park and some bins, however straight in front of you was a view of some of the most beautiful hills, I have added the pics for reference. Food was hit and miss and repetitive most days but that is the risk you take at an All Inclusive hotel even if it is 4 stars. We were all able to eat something every day, however, if we had been there for 7 nights or more we would have eaten out a few times too! The only time we had to queue for the restaurant was when we were there before it had actually opened, other than that we were able to get a table easily. There is some queuing for the freshly cooked food such as some of the meat, fish, eggs ect but that’s due to being a popular choice and high demand. Drinks also typical of an All Inclusive hotel, small cups and alcohol watered down but plenty of options. You can also pay for proper cocktails ect if you wanted to. The staff were friendly, and happy enough to re-activate our key cards when we had deactivated them accidentally by keeping them by our mobile phones! It happened a few times too. There are 3 pools at the hotel as well as some water slides, with lots of stairs, but there are lifts to access the splash pool at the bottom and the main middle pool which is a little small. The splash pool was a lot of fun for the kids, just be aware, due to the height of the hotel, the sun does disappear behind the building mid afternoon so you will be left in the shade, there was also plenty of sun beds. The splash pool area could be quite slippy at times however as long you are careful, as you would around all pools and don’t let the kids run around (it happened often) then you will be fine. Entertainment wasn’t great unfortunately, the stage is small and cramped in an area of the bar indoors where view is restricted unless sat right in front, it could do with being "

"Miserable staff. Cold food. No entertainment. Had money stolen from room, manager wasn’t interested. Never even said thank you or goodbye when we left. Take towels as they guard theirs with their life. Not enough glasses you have to take glasses back to bar. Pool on top floor so if you want a drink you have to go down 9 floors to get a drink. They did have vending machine top floor but had to pay but we were all inclusive. Felt they didn’t want to give you anything or make your stay pleasant. All inclusive drinks stop at 10pm. Made to wait nearly two hours on arrival for our room and not even offered a drink as they said we had to wait for wrist bands when they let us in our room. Two small pools one in shade all day. Hotel was clean that was the only good thing. "

"Dit hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie, op het vlakbijzijn van een fantastisch strand, op 8 minuten lopen naar het spoorwegstation en op een paar minuten van het belangrijkste winkelgebied. Het hotel is klein en niet omringd door de grotere hotels. Onze kamer was uitzicht op de binnenplaats en het balkon genoten de zon de hele middag en de avond. De kamers zijn zeer eenvoudig, maar schoon. Geschikt voor een slaapkamer en een goed uitgeruste badkamer. Het hotel was in alle leeftijden en vanuit verschillende locaties. Niet veel Engelse gasten die ons de gevoelens van ons eigenlijk in het buitenland lieten voelen. De lobby en restaurant zijn op een hoge standaard gehouden. Het eten bij ontbijt en diner was echt heel indrukwekkend. Vis en zeevoedsel op de meeste nachten, vers en rijk gekookt. Voedsel wordt constant vol. Ontbijt gezorgd voor alle behoeften. We reizen regelmatig en moeten toegeven dat de standaard van het voedsel is in onze top 5. Neem de trein naar Girona en Barcelona, geweldige service en slechts 10 pond elk."

"Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben waren we zeer tevreden! Kleinschalig en luidhorig maar zeker niet slecht. Super bedden om in te slapen! Het eten viel goed mee vrij ruime keuze en lekker. Enkel soms niet warm genoeg meer. Het zwembad is klein maar tijdens de siesta genoeg plek om te luieren. Zeer proper allemaal In de bar naast het zwembad kan je genieten van lekkere drankjes en een muziekje. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! De buurt was heel rustig met leuke winkeltjes en tapasbars in de buurt"

Near the railway, but it never prevented sleep. There is an underground parking, located in a nearby hotel, cost 15€ per day. Excellent, diverse breakfast (swedish table). Staff pleasant, responsive."
