"This was a last minute stay as our flight got canceled, but I’m so grateful to have found this hotel! All of the staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean with comfortable bedding. It felt so nice to take a hot shower after days of hiking and walking. The only downside would be if you’re sensitive to noise, the traffic sounds do get a little noisy. However, it did not bother my family. In the morning we enjoyed the provided breakfast before heading out on the included transport to the airport. I would stay here again!"

"Stayed for one night as part of a three-week birding trip to North Peru. This is a beautiful old hotel with carved wooden doors and panelling and a fountain in the centre of a comfortable communal area. The room was pleasant with thick, firm mattresses and good quality bedding. The shower heat was good and the flow reasonable. There was also hot water in the basin. The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed a lovely brandy-based welcome drink at the bar (although service was a bit slow). Our evening meals were all good and included trout in garlic sauce, chicken and spag' bol'. The buffet breakfast was of equal quality and included lovely rolls, good coffee, fruit and cheese etc. WiFi was good. The location is excellent, close to the central square in the historical area. The price for al this was pretty reasonable. Recommended!"

"We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. There were 3 of us traveling. This beautiful hotel looks and smells brand new and modern. The service and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I felt completely safe. The breakfast on the rooftop daily was such an incredible experience with a gorgeous, panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains. A light but satisfying breakfast was made fresh daily with tea, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs and rolls. A perfect way to begin each day. The overall feeling was like staying at a bed and breakfast hotel. There's also a cute boutique attached to the building on the ground floor of high end women's clothing that I enjoyed shopping. Important to note that there are only stairs to the different levels with no elevator. I love and prefer stairs but just in case you don't. The location is central in the city with quick access to taxis, shopping and everything we needed. Thank you for being so accommodating and for a wonderful stay in Cajamarca!"

"Zwakke kamers, onder de bedden stof en vuilnis. Foto's zijn full HD en filter, de realiteit is een andere. Ongemakkelijke kussens. Vrouwen kamers, er is geen plaats om te lopen, als je in de familie bent gekocht. Ik beveel het niet, de prijs is het niet waard. Het zwembad moet een sterrenhotel zijn."

"We hadden hoge verwachtingen en ze waren niet teleurgesteld - een fantastisch resort om te blijven als je vrede en rust wilt, kalme baden en een uitstekende restaurant. De persoonlijke thermische badkamer was eenvoudig te gebruiken en de spafaciliteiten waren geweldig - zowel massage als hydromassagediensten niet te missen. Er is zelfs een charmant boerderij om te genieten op uw wandelingen als u uit de levendige maaltijden loopt onder zwaveldamp uit de vele thermische stroom rond het hotel. Voorzieningen ook zeer goed."
