C/I 4th - C/O 5th July 2023 room 210 Terrible experience: very poor bath-hot water services. We are showering with cold water in the middle of Bukittinggi cold weather. Poor drainage also. Bed mattress quality need to refurnished. Food quality are excellent

The room is roomy, nice , clean and neat, the mattress and pillows are soft, and the bathroom also clean. It has a rooftop restaurant with beautiful view, friendly staff and very helpful. The location is very strategic. The famous canyon,local restaurant and Bukittinggi Big Tower Clock just a few minutes walking distance. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city.

Decent hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. The room itself is showing a bit of wear and tear. For example, the sink in our bathroom was leaking on the floor.

this is shari'i hotel ( moslem hotel, couples need to bring wedding certificate ) room and bathroom was small room was not sound proof , i could hear people talked in their room everytime i walked on the aisle . i got room which face the new building next door = no view at all , where the workers were still working in the evening . the elevator was very slow and small that could bring 4 people only with their luggage. breakfast was basic, taste was not special. had dinner on the restaurant, limited menu, taste was also just okay. the waiter who also cooked our dinner , was attentive though the good thing, hotel was walking distance to Jam Gadang and market parking space was very limited just for around max 10 cars .
