"Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned! For example, if you order for ten days, you cannot return it in the last two days if it is urgent! It is not humane!"

Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia/Newtown

"It's quite big and spacious, but it's not ventilated and has a bit of smell"

Courtyard Philadelphia Bensalem

"First impression upon arrival we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke as they allow smokng right at the front entrance. No ashtray so cigarette butts everywhere. We were greeted with "checking in", not welcome to our hotel or anything. The front desk person was nnot very friendly and you could tell she did not like her job. During our stay a storm shut down the computers for check in and she was cussing it right in front of customers. The hotel is tired and not maintained well. The office type roolling chair in our room was replaced with a standard confernce room type chair. We asked the maid if we could get a rollinng chair and she took one from another room and gave it to us. We were not made aware that the jacuzzi and swimming pool were shutdown unti we inquired. We were then told it has been shutdown since January due to some kids trashing them. Really!!! how long does it take to fix a jacuzzi and pool and where was security when the kids were doing this. Oh, I forgot there is no security at this hotel. The hotel does a robust wedding business but do not have the staff to take care of their hotel. Lots of broken chairs and floor tiles. The desk light in our room was not working and after the maint, person replaced the lightbulb he told us he had to take the entire console down to fix it whiich he never did. I thought Marriott had higher standards for their Courtyard group but not at this hotel."

"Er is een kleine keuken, de kamer is goed, de receptieservice is vriendelijk, maar ik gedeeld mijn kamer dicht bij de weg, geluidsisolatie is slecht, niet lief voor slaap."

Knights Inn Bristol

"We have stayed in a lot of cheap hotels. They generally are awful. This was the most normal hotel. Good bed, everything functioned correctly."

Residence Inn Philadelphia Langhorne

"Very clean. Anything we needed was handled right away. The breakfast was nice and I loved the decor in that area. The shuttle to Sesame Place is a great amenity."

Quality Inn & Suites Quakertown-Allentown

"This hotel is terrible – the service, cleanliness, and environment are all awful. I felt it was a bad experience the moment I entered the room and would never stay here again."
