"Een speciale plek waar u kunt genieten van luxe door thuis te zitten. Ik heb een romantische nacht doorgebracht in een mooie ingerichte kamer in Toscaanse stijl. Koekjes en fles wijn, een mooie douche met zeer zachte broekjes. San Pancrazio is een zeer rustige plek, maar de uitstekende keukens en geluidsbelasting hebben een echt rustige nacht gewaarborgd. De volgende morgen heb ik een gezuiverd ontbijt gehad met centrifuges, verse vruchten en taart gemaakt thuis. Het is een echte zonde dat je niet genoeg tijd hebt om ook het zwembad en de salon in de roseto te genieten. Voorzichtig en vriendelijk persoonlijk."

"Classic example of a structure which in theory would have everything for good hospitality in terms of location and structure (don't let the photos deceive) but which in the hands of unprofessional people fails to achieve sufficiency in any area. We start with an annoyed welcome upon arrival (?!?) apparently quite standard reading the comments above, without greeting or presentation of the structure... and then, once the keys have been handed over, disappear without any information. The same treatment of impatient annoyance and sloppiness is unfortunately reserved for the structure, the common greenery, the swimming pool and the homes where there is no crockery and general maintenance is absent. What can I say... to be recommended only to masochists and lovers of sloppiness in general. The manager does not seem very interested in giving prestige and decorum to the structure, rather he seems interested in doing business with "hit and run" foreign tourists. There is also a certain inexplicable complacency in mistreating guests or simply not giving them support during their stay in the facility. I don't know!"

"We stayed there for a few days in a self catered Villa while attending a nearby wedding. Beware that the accommodation is quite difficult to find - it took us several attempts! The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed and bedding was quite poor quality and the lighting was bad throughout the accommodation. The grounds have much to offer though, with nice seating areas, a large pool and sport equipment available. Reception staff was helpful - they don’t have bar staff on shift, but were happy to make us coffee or sell drinks when requested. It would have been nice to have a few more basic things at the villa (e.g. washing up liquid), given it was self catered. "
