Rin Central Hotel

The hotel was clean but a little bit old-fashioned. We booked one queen bed room but given two single bed. The price was pretty good considering it be a 4* hotel.

Room was dated with need of attention. Bathroom especially needs updating and plugs. 4 star hotels should have usb sockets incorporated as everyone carries phones and tablets. The flat screen tv should be fitted on the wall increasing the table space. Otherwise great service and very pleasant staff and central location

Location is very good because is far to main street where is so much noise. We had a quiet, large and very clean room. I think furniture it's a bit old but it wasn't a problem. Bed is large and mattress very good. I didn't like pillow but I slept well. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days which was done by the agency. When I arrived, although the reservation was confirmed for a single room, I was given a room with two beds that were small enough for my height. During the discussion with the reception, I was told that this is the situation and they have nothing to do. I overlooked it and the surprises were not over. The next day I went to the office and in the evening when I got to the room I found it the same way I left it one morning, without cleaning, unchanged towels. I went down to the reception and the same attitude - that's the situation, what can we do - translated take or leave. I went to the center to have lunch, hoping that maybe on my return I would at least be able to see the changed towels. Surprise same room same image. I talked at the reception and I noticed the same attitude of indifference and disinterest. I will definitely not return to this hotel in the future and I recommend that you check and confirm what you are booking.

Stayed with big group for West Ham game. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff on reception, always helpful. Bit of a walk to the centre but nice quiet area. I would be careful of taxi drivers though - we got seriously ripped off and threatened. Would recommend if you don't mind walking.

Το ξενοδοχείο σε σχέση με τις πληροφορίες που λένε είναι αρκετά μακριά από την παλιά πόλη το λιγότερο 25 με 30 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια. Όσο αφορά το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου είναι ελαχιστο με περιορισμένες επιλογές παρόλο που 4 αστέρων. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο είναι αγενες και ενοχλητικό διοτι έρχονται επανειλημμένα ώστε να πάρουν τα πιάτα που ακόμα δεν έχεις φάει με αποτέλεσμα να μην επιθυμείς να πας για πρωινό. Επίσης, το προσωπικό της καθαριότητας μας προκάλεσε ζημιά σε προσωπικά αντικείμενα χωρίς την αντικατάσταση τους. Η ζημιά ηταν στο φορτιστη του κινητού μου. Έσπασαν το καλώδιο κ το φις της πρίζας.Παρόλο τις κουβέντες που καναμε με άτομα από την ρεσεψιόν οι οποίοι δεν ασχολήθηκαν καθόλου κ δεν ανέφεραν το γεγονός της ζημιάς στον υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου διοτι ήταν σε άδεια απο ότι μας ενημέρωσαν κ δεν υπήρχε κάποιο υπευθυνο άτομο για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις. Δεν μας πιστεψαν για τη ζημια κ έριχναν ευθυνες αναμεταξύ τους. Η κοπέλα που ήταν βαρδια εκείνη τη μέρα ( η κοπέλα με μαύρα μακριά μαλλιά κ σχετικα κοντή) ηταν αρκετα αγενής κ δεν ηθελε να μας εξυπηρετήσει κ ασχολιόταν με το κινητό της χωρίς να δινει σημασία στα λεγόμενα μας. Μετα από πολλες προσπάθειες μας υποσχέθηκαν με λόγια κ μονο πως θα επιδιορθωθεί το πρόβλημα με email κ δεν έχει γίνει τπτ απολύτως κ έχουμε επιστρέψει στη χώρα μας. Οι καθαρίστριες πέταξαν καποια πράγματα μας χωρις να το επιθυμούμε κ το καταλάβαμε μετα την επιστροφή μας στο ξενοδοχείο το βράδυ.Επίσης το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει ράμπα μεταφοράς αποσκευών με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολη η άφιξη μας εκει. Οι υπάλληλοι της ρεσεψιόν ήταν άφαντοι από το πόστο τους με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας εκει.

Buon hotel, ottima colazione e rapporto qualità prezzo ma... Il Wifi era presente ma non arrivava in camera! Gli infissi non sono tanto spessi e nel mio caso si sentiva il rumore delle macchine passare. È impensabile chiudere permanentemente con delle viti gli infissi in camera, questo va oltre la sicurezza! È assurdo non potere aprire il balcone! Inoltre, Una delle receptionist mi ha comunicato che era presente il termostato per regolare la temperatura, invece era presente solamente il vecchio termosifone.
