It wasn't the best.. what can I say.. we were told the checkin is after 14.00..got there at 15.30 and the room was still not ready and when we got in it wasn'tclean properly and excuses were made.... i have booked a room with 2 beds but was told that they dont have one available but there were rooms on the website. Only thing good was the location..

We spent one night at the hotel, and we had a pleasant experience. We arrived rather late in the evening, and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Tbe same can be said about her colleague, the next day. The room was fine and we appreciated the fact that we were able to park our car during our stay in Bucharest. Overall, we had a fine experience.

For the one night I stayed at Avis Hotel I immediately noticed the good balance between the price I payed and the quality of the services and the room. The bed is very confortable, the staff is very nice and they offered me a warm welcome. Everything excedeed my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also very nice, close to the airport and Herăstrău Park.

Avis hotel and their amazing staff made my visit in Romania better than I could wish for. The location is great, close to get food, walking distance to the big shopping center but also just 3 min walk to the beautiful park with restaurants alongside the lake and an amusement park for the kids. The rooms are very quiet despite its location next to a trafficked road and the glass door terrace is very cozy to sit and relax or eat. The rooms are very clean and good standard for the price! The best with Avis Hotel is however none of the facilities above, it’s the amazing staff who are always there to help with whatever you need and the English is good. If I go back to Romania, Avis would be the first place to stay at, if not the only.

Un excellent séjour à Royal kenz Sousse surtout les plans ( accueil, écoute, propreté, cuisine, animation je le recommande vivement pour les nouveaux couples Je remercie tout le staff de l'hôtel pour les grands efforts et moyens déployés au profit des clients malgré le nombre très excessif de residents...

J’ai pas pris de mauvaises vacances j’espère pouvoir réserver pour l’année prochaine et prolonger mon séjour j’ai plus d’une semaine car c’était trop peu j’aimerai pouvoir juste mieux apprendre mon anglais car personne ne parle un mon français

Chambre /studio avec lit à faire à l'arrivée,équipements indigents. Où sont les 3 étoiles !? l'accueil à peine poli,le petit déjeuner mini viennoiseries décongelées pain dur,3tranches de jambon,3 tranches fromage type emmental

Contrat fallacieux ne respectant pas les termes convenus. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir payer 355€ en plus alors que nous étions assures d'avoir payé toutes les charges amont de notre séjour. Contactés depuis Barcelone puis notre arrivée à M****ille, les "experts"m'ont carrément raccroché au nez me laissant me débrouiller avec MSC qui nous consignait a bord pour le paiement de la somme imposée. Nous avons du nous endetté pour pouvoir descendre du bateau... Une honte Si la page des experts croisière vous croise, FUYEZ .
