"The place is good but very bad service We receive , twice i greeted Them No answer, busy on their phones always and not very Friendly to me, i did try my best, i Guess they dont like me, the gate man is the best fir this business, He dont even wait you greet him, He Will greet you first and Make you very comfortable, He is the best, you really feel looket after as a guest. The girls Can learn From him and drop the proudness. This is my/ our experience for my very short stay. My plan was to extend but Change my mind as i dont feel welcome. I Will not stay here again and No recommendation From my side"

"Anther great holiday to this fantastic hotel. Had a good welcome from Nin and, Alois who are really good hosts. The staff are always attentive and very helpful. The food in the hotel was consistently excellent with enough options, especially the breakfast . I had the suite by the swimming pool which for me as i have some mobility issues was really good, just step out of the room to the pool and the restaurant. There are plenty of places in the grounds for a peaceful days’ sunbathing and the bird life is very entertaining. If all goes i well will book for next year."
