"Due to health reasons, I need to return home as soon as possible. I cannot check in on the last day. The hotel refused to communicate, which was not humane. The breakfast was relatively simple, and some of the food was not very hygienic."

"Waarschijnlijk een van de ergste hotels die ik ooit heb gebleven. Sauna niet werken, tweepersoonsbedden zijn singles gedrukt samen met 2 sets van single bedden gebruikt. Niet dekking van het bed. Douche werkte niet. Veel vliegtuigen in de kamer. Er is geen airconditioner of fan beschikbaar toen het weer 35 was. Erg slecht alles. Personeel onhelpbaar en zou ons niet toestaan om na de eerste nacht te annuleren en terug te betalen."

"We had a great stay here . The room was lovely ,comfortable,and unique. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with something for all tastes. Even the cleaning lady was smiling and welcoming, I would definitely come back and even try a different hotel under the same brand . To arrive after a long journey to find a complimentary cold beer and snack in the room was amazing ! 🤩 Thank you to Katerina , Michal and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and at home."

"Tijdens mijn fietsreis heb ik de plezier gehad om een nacht te verblijven in het Fairhotel in Brno en daar ben ik erg blij mee. Slaap was uitzonderlijk: comfortabele matrassen, stilte, donkere tenten en perfecte airconditioning. De schoonmaak van de gemeenschappelijke kamer en ruimte is onschuldig, echt boven het gemiddelde. Zeer gewaardeerd de kleine details die het verschil maken: de koffie beschikbaar in de kamer met de Nespresso machine en capsules inbegrepen, en vooral het ontbijt met een van de beste soja capsules ooit gedronken in hotel creme, Het personeel was vriendelijk, beschikbaar en professioneel op elk moment. Een hotel dat ik adviseer zonder enige twijfel. Als ik terug ga naar Brno, zal het mijn eerste keuze."
