"Waarschijnlijk een van de ergste hotels die ik ooit heb gebleven. Sauna niet werken, tweepersoonsbedden zijn singles gedrukt samen met 2 sets van single bedden gebruikt. Niet dekking van het bed. Douche werkte niet. Veel vliegtuigen in de kamer. Er is geen airconditioner of fan beschikbaar toen het weer 35 was. Erg slecht alles. Personeel onhelpbaar en zou ons niet toestaan om na de eerste nacht te annuleren en terug te betalen."

"I recently stayed at the EFI Spa Hotel in Brno, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The room was impressively large—around 50 m²—which made it feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendliness really made a difference and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. The quality, presentation, and taste were all top-notch, making it a place I would gladly return to even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend EFI Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Brno. Great rooms, lovely staff, and outstanding food—it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

Even the cleaning lady was smiling and welcoming, I would definitely come back and even try a different hotel under the same brand . To arrive after a long journey to find a complimentary cold beer and snack in the room was amazing ! 🤩 Thank you to Katerina , Michal and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and at home."

"Simple but very pleasant hotel, part of a restaurant and brewery complex. The rooms are clean, without unnecessary luxury. The shower was ok and as we are in a brewery here, the fridge contains a complimentary bottle of “home” made beer. Nice ! The check-in and check-out is efficient and smooth, the breakfast has no negative point, just perfect to start an interesting journey in Brno. Certainly recommended !"

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"
