We asked for a handicapped room, so they put us on second floor (no elevator). We could not access the "free" wi-fi. We tried to call the front desk for help, each time we lifted the receiver we got a dial tone, pressed "O" and were disconnected. There was one lamp in the room, it was not plugged in, and had no bulb. There was a complete lack of amenities like: microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer. We did not complete our paid for stay. When I checked out at the off-site office and infromed them of the above, they answered "we do have free wi-fi," otherwise showed no concern.
