"Mijn bagage was bijna kwijtgeraakt door Pegasus Airlines, dus ik vroeg hen deze op te halen en naar het hotel te sturen. Het hotel was zeer verantwoordelijk en hield mijn bagage in de gaten, en werkte ook hard om ons te helpen contact op te nemen met de luchtvaartmaatschappij. De prijs van het buffetrestaurant van het hotel is vergelijkbaar met die van binnenlandse vijfsterrenhotels, inclusief lokale specialiteiten en een Europees ontbijt. Het privéstrand beneden van het hotel is erg mooi en zeker een vakantie waard. De foto's online zijn niet zo mooi als wat je daadwerkelijk ziet. De lobby en de kamers zijn zeer stijlvol en luxe."

"Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there."

Обслуживающий персонал приятный, ненавязчивый) Есть русскоговорящая девушка, что очень удобно. В отеле чисто, вся сантехника работает, холодильник в номере, шкаф, тумбочки, подушки, постель - все удобное. В общем, чувствуешь себя как дома) с удовольствием бы приехала сюда еще♥️"

"Het hotel ligt in de kleine stad Cheshmei, vlak onder het kasteel, op 5 minuten afstand van de Golf, er zijn veel restaurants en kleine winkels op de nachtmarkt. Het hotel is een oud huis, de woning van de inwoners is herbouwd, er is geen lift, de kamer is niet groot en de faciliteiten zijn simpel. De baas is warm en heeft vragen en antwoorden. Het ontbijt is eenvoudiger, de deur kan worden gestopt 3-4 auto."
