View of Mt Fuji at your room's doorstep. What more can you ask for? Marshmallow over camp fire to end it all off in the night. Rooms are clean. Staffs are attentive and accommodating.

Chose this hotel as it is near walking distance from the Gotemba station where it is the meeting point for the Mt Fuji hike. The hotel is simple, decent size room for a comfortable stay. You can actually have a lovely view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel front. It is also within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop where there is a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. You can easily spend the whole day shopping and having your meals at the Outlet.

Spacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

I love the location, the buffet spread for breakfast and the happy hour drink and curry rice. Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit.

We had a pleasant stay at Superhotel Gotenba 1. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from nearby. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. It’s a good value for a short stay. I would recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place in Gotemba.

De kamer was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien; er waren zelfs twee kimono's beschikbaar. Het personeel was erg gastvrij en geduldig. Het ontbijt was geen buffet; iedereen kreeg zijn eigen portie. Het was de prijs absoluut waard. Het ligt wel een beetje ver van Gotemba Premium Outlets, ongeveer twee managementkosten, maar verder was het echt uitstekend.

Better than I expected . Complete amenities plus free coffee and tea at the lobby.. the futon bed were comfortable to sleep with.. since we travel far we didnt have time to go out for dinner but to our surprise there is a free curry rice for all the guest … that was a plus points for us travelers❤️ -Onsen for men -laundry - breakfast was good too.

Business style room that is ok sized for the price u pay. Staff was helpful to move our items up to our room prior to check in. They offer an eco friendly room cleaning option, and if selected, you will receive tokens for a free can of beer. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and easily accessible by car. There is free onsen but I didn't manage to try

De hotelkamer was niet nieuw, maar wel schoon. De badkamer was klein, maar comfortabel omdat er een groot openbaar bad in het aangrenzende hotel was. Het was extra fijn dat we er waren tijdens een prachtig seizoen met schitterende herfstbladeren en verlichting. We kochten ter plekke ontbijtbonnen en hoewel het ontbijtbuffet niet erg uitgebreid was, was het toch voldoende. Vanuit de zitplaatsen bij het raam kun je 's ochtends genieten van het uitzicht op de berg Fuji.

The room smelled like smoke, the room quiet small and in general not really inviting. For the price it was ok but could be better.
