純正的日式旅館 ，若要體驗日式服務 和食文化 值得來住。服務員kuromi服務貼心 ，温泉（室內和室外）都超棒、乾淨衞生。晚餐可口，早餐豐盛。從旅館打車到熱海站 1000日元左右。

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Ik maakte me een beetje zorgen over de prijs, maar na het lezen van de recensies heb ik toch gereserveerd. • Positieve punten • Hoewel het personeel uit het buitenland kwam, reageerden ze ondanks hun beperkte taalvaardigheid met een glimlach en enthousiasme op mijn verzoeken en servicevragen. • De kamer, badkamer en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren grondig schoongemaakt en de futon was heerlijk zacht! Voor deze prijs zou ik normaal gesproken verwachten dat je de futon zelf moet klaarleggen, maar ze legden hem voor me neer tijdens het diner. • De kamer en het restaurant hadden een prachtig uitzicht. Het was vooral licht en aangenaam tijdens het ontbijt! • De porties tijdens het diner waren niet groot, maar zowel de hoofdgerechten als de bijgerechten waren heerlijk. Het ontbijt werd in buffetvorm geserveerd, zelfs met een klein aantal gasten, en het eten werd regelmatig aangevuld. Hoewel de keuze niet enorm was, heb ik genoten van de mix van Japanse en westerse gerechten. De Tamba-melk was een leuke toevoeging. De zelfgemaakte jam was heerlijk! • De toiletartikelen bevatten reinigingsproducten. • Teleurstellende punten • Het mobiele telefoonnummer in de e-mail na de boeking was volledig onbereikbaar. (Ik heb op de dag van mijn verblijf drie keer geprobeerd te bellen om een ​​vraag te stellen, maar de lijn was steeds bezet, wat me zorgen baarde.) - De interne telefoonlijn van de kamer naar de receptie en het openbare bad was ook niet bereikbaar. - Mogelijk vanwege eerdere recensies over een geur in de gang, stonden er overal lavendel-luchtverfrissers. Persoonlijk houd ik niet van kunstmatige geuren en het stoorde me gedurende mijn hele verblijf. Ik zou het fijn vinden als ze ze in ieder geval geurvrij zouden maken. - Toen ik ging zitten voor het avondeten, stonden de warme gerechten, rijst en misosoep al op tafel. Natuurlijk waren ze een beetje koud. Ik zou het erg op prijs stellen als dit verbeterd zou worden. Al met al was de service de prijs meer dan waard en kon ik heerlijk ontspannen! Ik zou graag nog eens terugkomen als ik de kans krijg.

I stayed here without realizing it had just opened. It seemed like there were many experienced staff members. They even replaced our used towels, which was great, especially since I went to the hot springs multiple times and always had a dry towel. The foot bath was crowded, so I couldn't use it, but it looked nice. I was able to relax on the courtyard sofa with a drink. The large public bath was also great; the big thermometer clearly showed the temperature, and there were drinks available in the changing room. The sleepwear was pajama-style with elastic waistbands on the bottoms, so I could relax without worrying about them coming undone. The room also had a sink, which was very useful for washing things like water bottles. My kids enjoyed being able to watch a variety of TV channels. The security was also very thorough, which was a plus. My only regret is that due to the bad weather this time, I couldn't go to the observation deck/rooftop, so I'd like to visit it next time.

It was nice stay! The onsen was tiny but the quality of water was so nice. The only thing you should be careful about, that the rooms without a private bath might be without a shower. Location, view and other things are cool!

The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

Good: 1. It’s close to station 2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though) 3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people Bad: 1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie 2. They charge for everything lmao

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. We stayed two nights and loved how spacious our room was. The private onsen overlooking the ocean was incredible and clean - the water seems to run continuously so it is always at the perfect temperature. The service was excellent and the staff either spoke English or used a pocket translator. Masa and his team were kind hosts explained all our food courses in delightful detail. The Japanese breakfast was incredibly good and authentic. We even got to meet the sous chef who explained some dishes and was so sweet. The dinners were multicourse and French style with truly impressive in-room service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
