De airconditioning in de kamer kan onafhankelijk worden geprogrammeerd en werkt uitstekend. De ontbijtzaal heeft ook een buitenruimte. De keuze tussen zoete en hartige gerechten is goed. De croissants zijn erg goed, de roereieren behoren tot de beste die ik ooit heb gegeten, uitstekend bereid. Helaas was ik er toevallig op de dag van de Giro d'Italia voor vrouwen, en omdat er in het hotel een aantal teams verbleven, stond de eetzaal vol met tafels die afgeruimd moesten worden en het buffet was vrijwel leeg toen we ontbeten nadat de renners waren gepasseerd... het werd wel bijgevuld, maar heel langzaam. De keuze en kwaliteit van de producten maken echter een goed ontbijt mogelijk. Een pluspunt van het hotel is de gratis bewaakte parkeerplaats en het prachtige zwembad, groot met veel ligstoelen en een badmeester. Het is geopend van 11 tot 20 uur, zowel het zwembad als de omgeving zijn erg schoon, alleen jammer dat het water koud is. Ik vroeg om een ​​late check-out en die kreeg ik zonder te betalen. Wat dit betreft moet ik echter een onaangename service melden. De kamers moeten om 12 uur verlaten zijn, ik had tot 14 uur kunnen blijven. Maar om 11.30 uur klopte het meisje aan om schoon te maken (vóór de gebruikelijke uitchecktijd!) en ik vertelde haar mijn vertrektijd. Om 12.35 uur klopte er een ander meisje aan en zei dat ik weg moest, en ik zei ook dat ik tot 14.00 uur mocht blijven. Om 13.10 uur ging de telefoon en werd ik gevraagd de kamer te verlaten. Om 13.20 uur klopten ze weer op de deur. Toen ben ik weggegaan. Ik vond dit totale gebrek aan communicatie tussen de receptie en de kamermeisjes echt niet prettig, net zoals ik niet accepteer dat de receptie in een viersterrenhotel informeel wordt gebruikt (ik belde de dag voor aankomst om te vragen of er contact was en de persoon die me te woord stond, gebruikte een informeel en zeer kortzichtige manier). Het ”u” zelf interesseert me niet, ik ben geen snob, maar het is een serieuze stijlbreuk voor een Hilton. Tot slot zijn mijn beoordelingen: Structuur, algemene netheid en inrichting: 9 Receptie (welkom, communicatie): 6 Ontbijt: 8 Zwembad: 8,5 Locatie: ver van het centrum, maar met twee metrohaltes op 100 meter afstand. De beoordeling is hier subjectief. Zou ik teruggaan? Absoluut ja, en ik ben al van plan om dat met een groep vrienden te doen."

"L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva."
