Hotels met ontbijt in Central Semarang

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. Stayed for 2 nights in Room 703. ➕ Plus: • Great location, 7 mins to Simpang Lima and directly connected to Queen City Mall, which has many good restaurants and shops. • Good value for money considering the facilities and location in Semarang. • Complete in-room amenities: washing machine, large fridge, microwave, stove, plates, and cooking utensils, very convenient for family stays or longer visits. • Smooth check-in process, and no deposit required. ➖ Minus: • Electricity went on and off more than 8 times during my stay. The outage was short each time, but it disturbed our convenience, especially when charging devices. • A flying cockroach came out from the upper side of the wardrobe cupboard. I reported it to the staff. • Breakfast restaurant is quite small and often crowded, with limited menu choices. • Room is not soundproof, noise from the streets and the train can be clearly heard, even until midnight.

staff are all really nice. The room is clean but still have some water marks, probably because of the water quality here.

De kamer is ruim en schoon. Alle dagelijkse benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Je kunt je telefoon opladen met de powercard. Er zijn restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt, wat erg handig is. Het ontbijt is echter ronduit slecht. Er is weinig variatie.

The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

De ligging van het hotel is zeer strategisch, direct tegenover het Simpang Lima-plein. Dichtbij het winkelcentrum en vele culinaire toeristische attracties, ook dichtbij Lawang Sewu en Kota Lama. Het hotel is schoon en er is een bad in de badkamer, dus de kinderen zijn blij. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar niet erg behulpzaam. Als je meer vragen stelt, zeggen ze dat ze het niet weten of kunnen. Er is slechts 1 badhanddoek per kamer beschikbaar.

It would have been beneficial to receive more detailed information about the hotel's amenities, nearby attractions, and available services. Overall Impression: Despite the minor hiccup at check-in, Hotel Amaris Pemuda Semarang is highly recommended for budget-minded travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in Semarang. The combination of affordable pricing, excellent cleanliness, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes it an attractive option for both leisure and business trips. Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed. Het ligt zeer dicht bij alle toeristische attracties, winkelcentra en supermarkten. Het hotel regelde een kamer op de hoogste verdieping met een geweldig uitzicht en een grote kamer. De hotellobby heeft de stijl van een traditioneel expreshotel, maar is mooi gedecoreerd met houtsnijwerk. De muziek die in het hotel gespeeld wordt is erg jaren 90 en heeft een nostalgische sfeer.
