"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end.
The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

"Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing."

"My wife and I came from Singapore during the autumn period to visit Xinjiang.
In our 伊利 part of our trip, we chose this Homestay based on good reviews. The owners are friendly and helpful during our stay.
The room is clean and is within walking distance to the famous 六星街 which has a lot of food and shops to visit. We can also walk to the bus terminal which we took to go to the 那拉提草原.
Highly recommended for visitors to 伊宁。"

"We stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally.
We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you.
We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay."

"It didn't take long for the new opening of the homestay, the overall decoration was exquisite and beautiful, the facilities were very new, and the environment was clean. The proprietress was very enthusiastic, the service was super warm, arrived at the train station in advance to wait for us, and also patiently Amway surrounding attractions, the whole experience was full. "The receptionist was gentle and pretty ☺️☺️ Environment: The cleanliness was excellent. I had been traveling in Yili for several days and had a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The hotel has a free laundry room, so I took all my dirty clothes to wash as soon as I checked in. The washing machine was very clean, and the cleaning lady even helped me hang my clothes to dry. All the hotel staff were very attentive, responsible, and patient."

Breakfast was delicious and has ample variety for south east asian tastes.
Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Cosy and comfortable.
Reception was prompt in service and replies on WeChat about our enquiries.
Location is superb. Just a quick 5 minute walk to Six Star Street 六星街, and there are many food choices nearby as well.

GGastgebruikerWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

I was so pleasure about it. Stuff in the check in was very polite and professional. They always wanted to help us. Beds were so soft and big. I would like to return again this hotel next time. I value everything there. I was in many countries’ hotels. So for me this hotel is the best one.

MmiooA True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip!
Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home.
What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family.
The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

But they had only informed us in the afternoon when we were at nalati, after we had packed the luggage and left them with the reception. GGastgebruikerThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
